"Clean, modern, comfortable, great central location"
The experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in went smoothly, and the room was perfect upon arrival. I was staying in one of the smaller rooms they offer. For one person, it was great, though if I had been staying with a partner, the lack of a wardrobe, and relatively small bathroom space may have been an issue. For one person though, it was perfect. The bar and restaurant facilities were nice, though for an evening meal, there's a lot better in close proximity to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, albeit expensive for the selection you got. Room service was very attentive, to the point of being slightly annoying, checking twice one day to see if the room needed anything further doing.
Beyond that, the hotel is lovely, the rooms are fantastic, although be aware that front-facing rooms do suffer a bit of street noise. This never caused me an issue, but light sleepers beware. The shower rooms are up to a very high standard, with walk-in showers, great water pressure all day long, and plenty of space.
Be aware, the hotel has very few facilities. It was a small gym and sauna. The rooms have no irons, or wardrobes, so storage and other extra bits with the room aren't there, which was a surprise to me. I didn't even have a welcome guide, just a bar menu and limited room service menu. Essentially, it's a great place to sleep and relax, but get out and explore. That's where the exciting stuff is.
