Our towels were muddy dirty, walls and floor were clearly dirty. Asked for new towels were given hand towels. Mold in and around shower. Room hadn't been cleaned properly im a long time. Beds smelt clean that was about it.

Pretty decent for an older building and great for the price. Was surprised to see no accessible doors anywhere. Fire doors down hallway were very loud overnight. Breakfast was good, Belgian waffles made fresh,

Didn't like the parking, Didn't like the fact that our room was not cleaned and nothing was done for our room regarding beds made or towels restocked. Checking in was terrible and very confusing regarding deposit with credit card being held 3 to 5 business days. Room keys did not work unless going to front desk to get re scanned. Beds were very sagging.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms dated, towels thread bare, but bed was comfy although pillows were size of throw cushions. Good for the price

The room was not very clean. The shower curtain has mold. The rug was not vacuumed well. There was garbage underneith the bed skirts and dirt.

They say continental breakfast but it is the saddest continental breakfast I have ever seen. Other than stale bagels, waffles and a tub of margarine that looks like it has lived on a warm shelf it's whole life there was nothing else edible. For the price I will never stay here again.

Bed sheets was all stain and the coffee in room was open and cups where dirty from previous stay and bathtub was full of hair toilet was dirty missing towel will never go there again and will tell all the people I now about it I’m sorry I not a complainer but that was very bad

I was advised that the homeless population had increased in the area, so to make sure my car was secure and all valuables removed. Later in the evening, the room occupants next door had a knock down drag em out fight in the room which was scary. In the morning the shower drain was so clogged that by the time I was done showering, the water in the tub was up to my mid-calf. The towels in the room were dirty and stained.
