"This was an overnight stay and it worked out perfectly. House was just what we wanted and needed."

"House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

"Very close to the springs. My kids had a great time kayaking and hanging out at the bonfire. Consider bringing a truck or suv. Spring is around the corner but heavy to transport. The bungalow was clean and well organized. Centrally located to many activities within 25 min. Drive. Elephant sanctuary, rainbow springs, devils den. We would go back"

We have always stayed closer to Sumter Landing so were hoping that we’d have the same experience with the Spanish Springs Square and all was fantastic! "We were lucky enough to find this gem of a place very last minute when our original place to stay fell through 4 days before our trip! We were visiting the villages to visit with family. The golf cart was a huge convenience in staying here. We took it almost everywhere! Spanish springs square is so convenient to this home and lake Sumter isn’t far at all either! "Our 2nd time at this property. It is beautiful along the river. The way it is situated you are unaware of the neighbors, which makes this home a perfect spot to feel secluded, wether it’s enjoying the swim spa or reading on the lanai. The kayaks are a wonderful addition for some outdoor activities and the river is really amazing to kayak in. Karen and Kevin are prompt on responses."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament taking place at WEC. Loved how close it was to the place , we could go back and forth in between games. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very prompt from beginning to end, checking in and out was effortless. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. "I never received any check in procedure, the owner never answered text, email, or phone calls. I had to contact VRBO and request a refund. Then had to quickly find some where to stay. I can only assume the owner of this place is a scammer."

"We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again at this property! We have family nearby so it was conveniently located, plus great springs and parks nearby. The house was very clean and well equipped, even some essentials in the fridge and pantry for us which we greatly appreciated. The owner was very friendly and communicative. Overall just a great stay."

"Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again."
