"Everything was as described and even better. Dock was beautiful, kitchen was totally stocked (even had some spices for use) and the location was perfect. We have family in Ocala, so this was just 30 minutes from downtown, about 20 minutes from Silver Springs for kayaking with the manatees, and not too far from the highway. Communication was great, place was easy to access, and would definitely stay there again."

"We have been coming to the villages for 10 years now. Just for a week at a time as we both work full time still in ny. We will hopefully be snowbirds soon we usually stay in the waterfront hotel which is very nice but getting a little expensive. This time we decided to check out a vrbo We are sooo happy we did Diane’s place was exactly what we could hope for . Extremely clean and honestly had everything single thing we needed. Short golf cart ride to Publix and the squares great that the cart...

"Enjoyed our stay here. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. Very clean and great location. Owner is easy to work with. It was nice they had some snacks and coffee for us plus had personal care items for you to use. I will stay here again if we come back to this area."

"One of my brothers called us The Magnificent Seven (7 of 9 living siblings gathering for a weekend in Florida-we once were 15). We came from Dallas, Houston, Nashville and Florida (Mount Dora, Eustis, Lady Lake and Sun City Center). While not all of us slept at the house we all did gather for a large cookout, swimming and reminiscing. This house is a most beautiful and spacious space in a perfect location for us. It has a very well-stocked kitchen and it was a dream in which to cook and prepare...

"We had a wonderful stay…it was our first time in Mt Dora and the Pink House was in the perfect location! Steve had given us some restaurant recommendations and they didn’t disappoint! The house was extremely clean and comfortable…we hope to stay again in the near future."

"This sweet little property met our families needs to a tee. Lovely walk to dinner and a nice walk into Mt Dora proper. The washer came in supper useful for a kids regatta and another kids soccer tournament."

"The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. We would definitely love to stay here again."

"The pictures accurately reflect the property. Located in a newer section of the Villages, about 5 miles from Brownwood square. Grocery, restaurants and gas stations nearby."

"House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

"We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/Check-out was very easy with detailed instructions from the hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts provided several kitchen staples such as coffee, spices, baggies, etc. as well as a few toiletries and beach towels which was very nice. Our guest passes were available upon arrival so we were all set to go enjoy The Villages on day...
