Easy AccessPosted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Located in a good part of town. No slums or shady characters hanging around.
Cons: Would have liked a small refrigerator in the room.
Location: Toledo Arberritum; Imagination Station; Toledo Zoo; Tony Packo's restaurant; MULTIPLE golf courses; AAA baseball stadium-Mud Hens
Continental Breakfast choices were plentiful. All food was fresh. Carpet was clean and not worn. All ice machines worked. Air conditioning worked. Hotel smelled clean when we walked in. No language barrier. All English was clearly understood. Friendly staff. In-room coffee pot, blow dryer, and iron/ironing board

Sufficient enough hotel next to airportPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Inexpensive and next to airport.
Cons: Update the rooms and general surroundings.
Hotel is right next to airport which is nice. Check in was easy. The folks at the desk were pretty friendly. Had to initial a $100 fee if you were caught smoking in a non smoking room. Unfortunately, the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was ok, but really needs an update. We had two TV's in room, only one worked. Not sure why the old TV was still there. The room AC/Heat worked ok, but was noisy when it turned on and off. Be careful of the hot water. It was so hot, you could see steam come out of the faucet. The shower was a delicate matter trying not scold yourself. The bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was ok. If you are on a low carb or gluten free diet just prepare to take care of yourself. They have WiFi but I did not use it. Also, there is a indoor pool but did not use it either.

Meh.Posted Jun 15, 2014
Needed a place to crash halfway through a road trip. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like a wooden plank--but not the worst place. I don't know why there were two TVs in our room, one turned with the screen toward the wall...awkward. The staff was pretty nice and enthusiastic. Beware of the creepy people who stay here though.

Excellent bang for the buckPosted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: Great value.
Cons: Some fresh fruit (bananas) for breakfast.
Location: Well, Toledo? How did John Denver put it? I've been to the Amtrak station at 3:00. The zoo is excellent.
I've stayed at this hotel on a couple occasions when in the Toledo area. Although not the nicest hotel I've stayed at, it met all of my needs and expectations for a night's stay (safe area, clean room, coffee, TV, internet, full breakfast). I will use the $40 I saved for something else. If I am paying for the hotel stay and am in the Toledo area, I'll stay here again. I wish I could find other Days Inns with similar rates when I travel in other areas.

Fine for a quick stayPosted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
We couldn't reach the hotel for hours and learned later that they had a power outage. We brought pets and appreciated their pet policy. The breakfast is free and decent, but ends early. The room was okay, not dirty, but old and a bit dingy. The pool area looks pretty awful, and the hot tub was broken. All-in-all, it was what I expected out of a cheap hotel in the middle of Ohio, and was fine for a quick night's stay on a road trip. No safety issues or rude staff or anything.

It's out dated and the pool was dirty. The rooms were clean, the area is safe and it's not to far from restaurants and shopping. Over all my family and I had a great time and I would stay there again. Price was reasonable.
