“The property was beautiful. The room was clean everything worked well. The nice free breakfast was cool although they could use some flavored creamer. The scavenger hunt and questions great add to the fun. Also love the lock idea!! Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂”

“The staff was all very kind and accommodating but the one issue that I had is that for the price that we paid for the room, you would have expected it to have at least been swept. It was obvious that it wasn't swept for at least a couple guests. And while there were no bugs or anything like that, to peel back the sheets, revealed a dirty barefoot print on the white sheets. There is no mistaking exactly what it was and what it was from so I wouldn't tell anyone not to go. It's a wonderful……

“It’s a smaller water park. The noise from the room above us was unbearable. We reported this issue several times and I’m not sure if they ever contacted the guest above us about the noise. Lazy river was also closed during our stay ( Sat & Sun) it’s a smaller park so when something is closed it makes a difference.”

“The rooms were clean and the floor didn’t feel like that wet floor feeling. The staff at check in desk was courteous . The bar though even though they are open, the kitchen closes earlier be sure to check kitchen times. The tub and shower in the room were the only things that needed updating.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
