We had a maintenance issue with the toilet continuously running and the tech came and changed the toilet assembly incorrectly with problem not being resolved. He also did not return the toilet tank cover back on the toilet properly and it was hanging off the side of the toilet. When we arrived there was trash on the common area floors and the trash can near the elevator was overflowing. We checked out 4 days later and the same trash was on the floor and the trash can was still overflowing.

Overall staff were mostly great. There were a few rude ones. The hotel itself was dirty and messy and it didn’t make sense when trying to get to tr pool there was a dance floor so each time my family wanted to go to the pool we all got knocked a few times.

The team at Hotel Alba is simply top-notch, when I was booking my business trip to Tampa and I saw them as one of the first options on Expedia, I didn’t even shop price or other hotels. I had stayed there previously and when I realized they were an option, I selected them immediately, regardless of the cost. They are right next to the airport, just across the bridge from Saint Pete, 10 minutes from downtown, and about 20 minutes from anywhere else, including Wesley Chapel. The first class everything is clean, and the service is at the ring of a bell. Highly recommended

I like how close to the airport and highway I was, it made it easy when I needed to go anywhere. Walls seemed a little thin and could hear above me and next to me. Was overall clean, though my bottom sheet seemed like it was a size too small because it kept coming off. Staff was really pleasant and friendly

Very nice hotel. Does not have a refrigerator in the room. Had to request one. And when it comes it’s placed in front of the desk. Very unexpected for such a nice hotel. But the staff was very very friendly and accommodating.
