"This is by far the nicest hotel in Springfield. I live in the area I "staycation" here regularly so my daughter can swim in the pool. The pool is indoor but located on the top floor "roof" of the hotel with adjoining open air patio with balcony overlooking the city. It's biggest and nicest hotel pool in town. The entire hotel is very upscale, very nice rooms and facilities. "

"I always read reviews, so I like to let others know what I think. The hotel was nice and clean. Some people would say it’s outdated, but I did not think so. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good. It was like most breakfast are though pancakes eggs sausage biscuits and gravy cereal muffins toast, yogurt check in and check out was very easy, the only thing is it’s been almost a week and I still have not got my deposit back so I will be calling them to see what’s going on "
