"This was a really great stay. Carolyn was amazing with her directions and the check-in process was very easy. We were able to pull into the garage and unload so we didn't get caught in the rain. The house is spacious with three living areas (one a really nice four seasons room with a pool table!) The bedrooms were roomy with lots of storage. "The place was clean, beds comfortable, easy communication leading up to the stay and easy access into the property. Plenty of room throughout the property. Severe storms knocked power out for about 15 hours and the host offered a nearby property so we could shower and freshen up. The only 2 items that could use attention are patio furniture cushions need to be replaced and the dishes and glasses and cookware is pretty sparse for the group of 9 we had. Otherwise great property for the price."

"My family enjoyed the house overlooking Lake Northfork so much that they just wanted to stay there and relax. I mentioned going on hikes, renting a pontoon, etc. They enjoyed the games, the space, the porches, fire pit and we were also blessed to be there when the Aura Borealis could be viewed The house lends itself to great family time."

"This property is amazing, the lake view is so beautiful, all of the home facing the lake is windows so the view is spectacular from any area. The attention to detail and decor is beautiful inside. The kitchen is awesome with the most preparation for guests we have ever seen in a rental. It is completely stocked with anything you could possibly need on a trip minus the groceries. Cooking meals was a pleasure as well as sitting down to dine looking at the beautiful views from the table....

"We very much enjoyed this property in Mountain Home. It was beautifully decorated, the furniture, beds, linen were all so comfortable. Had a large table inside and outside which was so nice to have choices to sit with our meals. Kitchen stocked with all the things we needed to cook. It had 2 sitting areas inside with TV’s so there was options there as well. It was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely consider renting again in the future."

"The lake house is beautiful. My husband, myself and a young lady from our church stayed here. We had no problems communicating with the Host. She was very friendly and helpful. Loved the view of the lake. The salt water pool was great. Loved the hot tub. Definitely will stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone."

"Good cabin. Expected it to be slightly more removed from other people, and it ended up being in a large plot sub-division type place. No fault of the listing, just the nature of it. Nearest neighborhood had conjoining back yard maybe 90 feet away. However at this season there was little to no interaction. Cabin was well stocked for cooking on site (dishes/pots&pans). Beds slept comfortably."
