The actual check-in was smooth and easy until we got to our room. Housekeeping hadn’t done the room yet. However, one of them volunteered to get the keys for another room that they had just finished. Once in the room, we couldn’t get on the wifi. It turned out that they had written the code down incorrectly. A call to the front desk rectified that. The next day, we were out most of the day and when we got back our keys for the room wouldn’t work. We had to go back to the front desk and get our keys recoded. Once in the room, we couldn’t get on the wifi again. We were so tired of this that we just didn’t use it, which was actually quite inconvenient.

Didn't like the fact you have to ask for someone to clean your room. Didn't like the sour smell in the bathroom didn't like that I booked a king bed and got a queen

The hotel staff was friendly and kind, however our room was not very comfortable due to the smell. Staff tried to spray and we even had the window open the whole time and unfortunately the smell didn’t go away.

Second night of stay was a nightmare! I had neighbors that were super loud and having a party in the next room (sex, music, shouting, weed). Noise isn't the issue - I'm a single female and they started trying to break into my room from the "joint room" connecting door. When I phoned to ask for help , the front desk person did nothing. They tried to say it was probably an accident and they didn't realize it was a connecting room. It was obvious it was and I heard their voices saying "look!! A connecting room, lets try to get in!" . It felt so unsafe and they did not offer to move me to a new room. The noise didn't stop till 5am. I'll never stay here again. Front desk staff is clueless and they should understand the safety of a guest is a top priority for a hotel !

Need more ice machines and in the gym there were missing pieces for the stand up exercise machine, perhaps yoga mats and barbells would help make the exercise room better

Stayed there because I had dogs with me for Christmas trip. Asked to be away from doors or elevators to prevent the dogs from barking at noises. Instead they put me next to the door, beside the elevator and the stairs. The smoking area was right outside my window so at 12:30 am there are 5 guys laughing and talking outside my window. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. I had to call the hotel to have them leave. When I brought up my concerns with the staff the next day, they couldn’t care less and just said. Sorry about that. Rooms are small, only thing is very clean. Restaurant is very good, friendly and tasty meals.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. However, my room’s heat did not come on at all. Fan blew all night causing a cold draft. I just was lucky it happened to be a warmer day. So it was very uncomfortable but doable.
