The room was spacious and clean but wasnt happy that there was no complimentary water. I think that water should be a given especially if your a tourist.

A very enjoyable stay with friendly staff. Breakfast had an excellent variety of hot and cold options. The hotel fitness centre is also very well maintained and clean. Overall would recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Had to come in late because my flight was delayed. However, the staff was ready on call to accommodate me. Ashish was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were attended to. Will patronize the hotel again.

Hotel and rooms are clean and staff were very helpful. There was daily room cleanup service (if you want to. I used it once in our three nights stay). No room service, we ordered using mobile apps (UberEats etc.) The fridge in the room is great, but has no freezer. Front desk staff allowed me to use the lobby freezer to freeze my son's insulin cool pack to keep insulin cool while away from the hotel. Good customer service :)

Hilton Toronto/Brampton has always been my go to hotel whenever I’m in the city for church programs. It is clean and quiet. Stuff are very friendly and nice.

From the first call, the service was exceptional. We chose the hotel as a one nght recovery spot after day surgery. The receptionist was immediately helpful in regards to an early checkin and extra pillows. Very nice restaurant and pool for my spouse. Very nice start to my healing journey.
