It was nice. Staff was great! it was cold when swimming and they fixed it quickly. Bed is a bit too soft not the most comfortable but everything is clean and comfortable.

The sound proofing on Highway facing rooms needs serious attention. Awoken many times overnight by trucks and cars. Also as an accessibility expert I advise that tactile elevator panel labels be consistently applied. The posted non-pet friendly signs all over hotel is unwelcoming especially to persons with service animals. All required accessible parking needs to be in direct proximity and connection of entrance. Corporate standards and legislative requirements are not being met in these regards. Required late check in and check out and neither confirmed before or after arrival by property. Received shocking text via Expedia for $25 per hour extension fee the next morning. Front desk assured it was complimentary but that is not what the message said. As the dedicated group sales company for major international touring shows and major sports events across Canada we are always looking for great hotels to refer to meet our clients group needs. Giving this one a miss.

We loved the breakfast! It really is lovely having so many options and eating as a buffet style so we can craft our breakfast the way we want to. The room is also really spacious and the King Bed was a great fit for my wife and I. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was spotlesss. Every day i got clean towel and rags. The room was spacious and always clean with a nice sitting area. Breakfast is served buffet style. Over all it was a fabulous place to stay

I really enjoyed my Anniversay weekend here. The breakfast was really good and the hotel was very accommodating and allowed early check in. Friday was really bad weather and we arrived early to the hotel and they let us check in early. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very tasty I cant complain. I wish there was a microwave in the room for the convenience of reheating food. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Whenever i come down that way this is the hotel i will be staying at. Loved it. ❤️

If you need to stay somewhere for one night, Hyatt Place in Brampton will definitely offer you a clean and safe room. PROS: very clean, no carpets, good quality hypoallergenic bedding, non-smoking. CONS: industrial area, noise from the road is audible in the room - both are tolerable albeit not desirable, bed - that foam Plush mattress gave me a weird continuous sinking feeling as if I am in a free fall and can't hit the floor, so the body cannot relax and unconsciously wait until the sinking stops. The sinking doesn't stop, so muscles remain tense the whole night. Pillows are also made of foam, they seem nice to drop the head on but after a few minutes they start causing neck pain. This is my subjective assessment, so take it with a grain of salt, maybe you wouldn't have any issues at all. I needed to stay 3 nights but didn't extend my stay after the first night and instead found myself another place in the same price range that offered a better mattress and pillows. Already stayed there too - the other hotel also has a foam mattress but it gives no sinking feeling and I had a good rest.
