What a nice hotel! As my 10 year old says, they make you feel so welcome. Great location to shops and the ROM! The spa was small but very well appointed. From a tv impeded in bathroom mirror to electronic controls near bed to shut curtains and lights, the hotel rooms are exceptionally well appointed. Great in room nesspresso too.

Great Spot to stay in YorkvillePosted Dec 8, 2014
Excellent room and staff and dining room. An expensive place to stay. Right in the middle of Yorkville. Close to many shops, restaurants, art galleries ect. We have no comparison to some of the other high end Hotels in the area and will try a few before we go back just to get a better idea of what is available at this price point.

Pros: Bathroom is the most beautiful I have seen in a standard hotel room
Cons: Lighting in the room was just OK
Modern and really nice hotel. Nice and quiet during the winter too

Underwhelming experience..... Staff was short and relatively inattentive Calls to housekeeping left service times to be desired

only one night, but a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Restaurant was quiet, service was attentive but discreet.

Loved itPosted Sep 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Booked this hoping it would be an oasis on a stressful and hectic trip and wow did it deliver. I loved everything about the hotel. They even accommodated and early check in at the last minute. The rooms are lovely and large, the bathroom was incredible, and the bed was comfy. Room service came quickly. Staff was delightful. My only complaint is the overhead lights in the bath and dressing room part. It's a small gripe--it's just really unflattering. :)

Unbeatable location but getting a bit tiredPosted Sep 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Look, the location is flawless. Nobody can argue that point. That said, its a thousand bucks a night. You can have a great location and a much more up to date hotel for six-to-seven hundred (the new Shangri-La). If you can stomach the financial district the new Trump is pretty spectacular as well. Don't get me wrong, "The Haze" is still very nice but its getting a bit tired and is going to have to re-invent itself a bit in the coming years or it will start losing customers.
