In google they saying they are pet friendly and as soon as I booked my stay they told me they are not and there is no refund so probably they scammed me I paid money for no reason and I didn’t even stay there totally scamming

I was waiting for more than an hour to get a room despite paid booking. There was no room available at assigned property. We had to walk to another building to secure a room. Very frustrating.

Pictures are not truly representing of what the accomodations look like. The whole place smells of smoke, with many tenants/residents arguing with the housekeeper. My check in was scheduled for 3pm but wasn't ready until nearly 5 as a result of the arguments. Getting moved to a room that was hospitable required plenty of bartering. Save your time, spend the extra 10 dollars a night and go elsewhere

The staff were terrible I don’t recommend for a colored person to be honest first time in my life in Canada had a terrible experience in my staying. Staff were super rudes and they let anybody inside the property very unsafe unless you are going with a group of people. Very dirty and smelly and you will not be able to sleep because of the rat running throughout the night. I never put a bad review but it was shocking unexpected experience I would never do again. It ruined my entire trip. Please find somewhere else where you are welcomed and save and clean.

The property located in china town so that its age quite old, I think it is over 40 years. The staff ms liang, the cleaner as well as the front desk cashier, is very good , polite and a helpful person.

Their service is very poor!!!! I slept in the hotel for 3 days with a water heater working!!!! Most of their workers can't speak English so it's difficult to communicate

Terrorible radiation and laser beams and magnetic
The room I was given was full of radiation laser beam shooting, especially at night. It made me headache and dissy. Try Chandra the room for me but it’s even worse. I have no choice but to move out. The location is extremely convenient to China Town and some other places and that’s the main reason I choose to stay there.

we booked 2 beds for 2 people asking for 2 beds. We ended up in a room for 2 people with one bed - at the hostel recommendation. with no price reduction- i think we should be refunded partial funds as we were switched to a smaller room It is a very small room, but very clean and not too far from sights in toronto.Great if youre on a budget. the host we very ind and professional.

You get what you pay for and the facilities are fine. The place is situated right down town and makes getting everywhere easy. However, on site staff is non-existent. This was drilled home when on the second night a woman was in the hallway religious chanting about 'Sorcery and fornication' for the entire time. I approached her and explained that people were sleeping and she ignored me and continued talking about how women couldn't be trusted and that she was being tested by her enemies. Funny story to tell people later, but at the time we had no recourse but to endure this and no staff to complain to. If you want to get a flavour of how wild Toronto can be definitely worth it, otherwise spend more money

When we arrived at the door and called the number, we were notified that there was no room in that particular building left but they had the same room available at another building about 300 meters down the road. We called as we arrived and paid cash on the spot, got the keys and were show to the room. Everything was fresh and is probably the best, cheapest option for the location.
