This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. There was feces on the shower wall. The entrance to the elevator was small so it was a tight space to get the cart with luggage through. Got switched to another room, only got $20 taken off the total for the inconvenience. Not enough was done in my opinion. The breakfast was horrible.

The hotel was okay, it's a Comfort Suites. However, the hotel stated there were EV charging stations. I show up and they were "out of order" and unusable which was inconvenient given I had an EV. Half of the parking lot was taken up by trucks so there was nowhere for me to park. The front staff had to move their car in order for me to be able to park. The front staff was accommodating and the room was clean, but given the issues I ran into I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights in queen room. Check in, staff, breakfast, rooms were all great. Room spacious. No outside noise except for the pool visitors. Gym was small with few cardio machines and minimal free weights.

Nice staff, but everything else was bad. Hotel itself looked "worn out".....parking lot paving old and bumpy, the room the same: cabinet door covering the fridge hanging from loose hinges, room smelled bad and got worse the longer you remained in it, we were afraid to use the disgusting couch because it looked so old, saggy and dirty, Coors Lite bottlecap on the floor when we came in. Then, to top it all off, right around bedtime it sounded like the people in the room above us brought their weightlifting equipment with them. I was told that the desk called them about the noise several times, but didn't do anything beyond that and the noise continued. Asked for another room but they didn't have one. So we left and asked for a refund for the next night but they've said that they won't as my booking was non-refundable. Paid for a place to sleep, didn't get it.

The fire alarm went off twice during the middle of the night which made my elderly mother and children scared. Instead of the person who made sure to let me know she was the manager..being considerate of the circumstance she was short and rude when asked how do we know we are safe and the false alarms aren’t real

Room was dirty, smelled like curry indian food. Stains on big blankets, breakfast was not good at all. For the price we paid was not worth it at all, my wife myself and my twin daughters were very disappointed overall.

I liked the location. Everything including the pool area was very clean. The bathrooms were old and needed new molding around the tub/shower. The carpets in the halls was old and dirty looking.

Staff was great from check in to check out. We traveled 5 hours for a doctors appointment and they accidentally messed up our appointments and we weren’t sure how long I would have to wait in the hotel. The staff let me stay after check out, luckily it wasn’t needed and we were on our way quicker than expected. But the decrease in stress knowing I could rest in a room was comforting. We come here very 6 months and will be back for sure.

Beds were very comfortable, the cleanliness of bathroom was doubtful to whether it was cleaned. Found hairs on toilet, long hairs on shower curtain, toilet seat was chipped on inside ream, where bacteria can easily form.

Only complaints are that the property is situated within a large group of auto dealerships so it is lit up brightly at night & the walls are a little thin so noise from neighbors is a bit too loud. Staff & rooms/beds & cleanliness are great.

I have been a customer since 1998. Expensive rate for the general conditions of the hotel. Dirty and old sofas and hallway carpets. the wifi signal intermittent. Do not stay in room 105. It needs urgent remodeling.

Very pleasant surprise.
Loved that this property has a dog run area that has actual grass. Also was pleasantly surprised that it has a brand new Charge Point electric vehicle charging station. Everything else was "normal" which these days is actually better than expected. :-)

People upstairs were noisy, comode was clogged up. My wife mistakenly left an expensive sweater there & when we called them they kept bouncing us around to different extensions. So we called my son in Tucson to go and try to get it, they denied it was there. And the cleaning lady said she never saw it. It wasn't with us in the car and we didn't go anywhere but there. I know someone was lying. I won't go there again. I know it was my wifes fault, but i also know that we didn't go any place but there and we didn't Drop it.
