"Hotel felt very secure. Doors locked at sunset and required a key to enter. However doors to building were still locked in the morning when we came down for breakfast. Several guests checking into the hotel had to wait awhile as there was no staff at the front desk most of the morning. I don’t want to knock points off for this as they may have been short staffed and the manager was covering work. All staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"3 stars for cleanliness as wondered if the room had been vaccumed, chips in the corner by the couch, bathroom had hair on the backe of toilet like it had not been wiped down also hair in the tub drain."
