The creaky floor throughout the home creates a quant and old-feeling atmosphere even though all the fixtures seem new and top of the line. The trees surrounding the property are fantastically beautiful. It is a quiet street and a quiet house to relax in."

"Needing to be spending several days doing to do tests at Cleveland Clinic, this was the first time we decided to do a Vrbo rather than a hotel. Perfectly located and quiet, even with the windows open at night. Ken was more than gracious, allowing us a later check out so we didn't have to sit at the clinic waiting for my appointment. "We had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 1 child. An old property that had original hardwood floors that creaked and cracked with every step, but the two bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. The kitchen had plenty of dishware, silverware, and cooking paraphernalia. The stairs to the upper level were steep! Beds were comfortable, and the upstairs window air conditioning units were much appreciated!"

In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town."

"Great remodel, but plumbing gurgles loudly with storm through sink in kitchen, loud enough to wake you up at 2:00 am. The furnace is very loud and when shuts off and on you can feel it through the floor and is extremely loud going on and off line it’s breaking. I sent a recommendation to the owner.
