Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds - plus a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Mayfield is a village in eastern Cuyahoga County, Ohio, part of the Cleveland metropolitan area. Mayfield Village is bordered by Highland Heights to the west, Mayfield Heights to the south, Gates Mills to the east, and Willoughby Hills to the north.
NOTICE: ALL STAYS AT THIS PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES
This property, located at 1692 Temple Avenue in Mayfield Heights, Ohio (the "Property") is managed by Short Term Rental Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The maximum Property capacity is firm. If unregistered Guests arrive without notice, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund.
No smoking or substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts on the Property or fumigate the Property for the next guest.
Guests and Visitors must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park only in the driveway or the devils' strip. You may also park anywhere on the street, on either side. Please do not park on the grass.
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property unless requested and approved prior to booking. Additional fees and a security deposit of $450 will apply.
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces, in the front yard and in the back yard. All are monitored regularly.
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
No pets allowed on or inside the Property. This is not a pet friendly Property. Registered service animals are always welcome, but We do require notice so that We can properly clean the Property following departure for guests with allergies. Service animals are expected to be with their human and not left unattended inside the Property at any time.
Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:
Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.
Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.
Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.
During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.
Wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the basement, and always remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside.
