Private Florida 3 bed 2 bath pool vacation home

Private pool home within 25 min of Tampa. Enjoy Florida inside and out with comfortable accommodations and a sparkilng Private pool. Plenty of Restaurants and activities around to keep you happy. Come enjoy all the bay area has to offer. Did I mention 90 minutes to Disney.

We have all the basics in the kitchen as well as comforts of home. Hopefully you will enjoy the space as much as we did since we lived there for years and had plenty of wonderful memories.

Grocery stores and Walmart as well as restaurants are all just a short drive away. There are also several great parks to enjoy in the area as well. We are always happy to answer any questions or offer suggestions.

Disclosure per vrbo: we have outdoor videos cameras for the extior of the home when it isn't occupied as well as in the garge to make sure door is closed when we are off site. There are cameras for the driveway, front entry garage and pool deck. They are only recording when property is vacant.

Very Comfortable
The home was perfect for all our family’s needs. It as very clean, well kept and comfortable. Check in/out was very easy and flexible. Important to us, it had great water pressure and hot water for a family our four. We will definitely do it again.

Terrible Stay
I believe when property is rented like this, it should be fully functional. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser did not work. The sliding screen door screen was broken out. Parts of the vertical blinds were missing. The king bed mattress pad was dirty. (We replaced it). The stove/oven was dirty and unusable. All HVAC vents were dirty. The pool did not work well and was always full of leaves. Finally all landscaping was severely overgrown. We left early.

Going in the property overall was clean until i woke up and had bites all over. I thought it was mosquitoes and being that in the pool area had so many bushes trees etc. I thought i had a bad reaction and started taking medicine. The pool was not clean. Someone came and didn't do anything. And then i come to find out there was bedbugs! I knew i wasn't going crazy! I went to the doctors and told them to give me a note. I contacted vrbo itself not the host because he will probably say otherwise. I made a complaint and was put on hold. They couldn't get in contact with the host and they also emailed him. Now the perdon i was taliking said give it 24hrs and we will reach out to you. They never did! I'm outraged hiw unprofessiinal everyone is. I would not recommend . Especially what i paid for.

By far the nicest house we have stayed in through VRBO. The house was clean and well equipped with common supplies. There were wireless chargers throughout the house and streaming availability on all TVs. Kim was very responsive throughout our week stay with less than 10 minute response time which is amazing. The only complaint we had was with the pool, understanding service is weekly no one came by to clean it during our stay. We enjoyed it anyway.

The house is nice and the property manager was very responsive. This location is about 30 minutes from Tampa. However is about 90 minutes away from Clearwater Beach, an hour from St Pete Beach and about 2 hours from Disney. They said the pool technician service the pools on Tuesdays but it was very dirty. Looks like it hadn't been properly cleaned.

Home away from home!
Loved this house and all the amenities! All you need to bring is clothing and personals! It had, not only a complete kitchen but it included all those nice extras beyond the usual, like a variety of seasonings and cooking and baking supplies and food storage. Also bathroom supplies including hair wash. Plenty of paper supplies! The pool and pool area were beautiful and nicely private. The living room was cozy! Loved parking in the garage out from under the sun. Questions were answered very timely. Loved this place! If ever in the area, it's a perfect place for R and R.

One of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. Owners thought of everything!! Home was as pictured. Close to stores, restaurants . Found a great breakfast place nearby!! I loved everything about the property. It was clean, plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 grandkids, phone chargers everywhere (lol) games to play. My daughter wanted to go to the Seminole Casino for her 30th birthday and it was only 20 minutes away. The kids played in the pool one day. There were plenty of shopping plazas and grocery stores within minutes. The house had a real homey feel to it. Definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Good local stay
It was a good stay in a more established neighborhood. Lots of people walking dogs and biking. Very family friendly. Kim was very hospitable and kept in contact with us the entire time and overall the checkin and check out was a breeze.
