The bar is in the outside of the hotel so Friday and Saturday is busy and noisy. But the others are all good

While staying 2 and half hours there we found a bug on the table we grabbed our food we were trying to eat and when we saw the bug we were disgusted couldn’t finish. We had to leave in the middle of the night and had to look for somewhere else to stay we weren’t comfortable in staying. I have been here before it’s always been amazing but this time wasn’t a good experience

Let me start by saying the staff were amazing. The quickly addressed all my issues. I am not a complainer but I could not let this one slide. First coming into the room I noticed dirt on my bed. I took the top sheet off and found what looked like pee stains on my comforter. The I looked in the mirror and it looked as if someone sneezed on it then quickly wiped it off but not cleaned it. They sent service up right away. The next morning they comped my breakfast. Being that it was Easter I was thinking it was going to be a big spread but in truth it was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and toast. Same as other mornings. After a long night with friends I tried to draw a bath, nope it didn't keep water in the tub and about a quarter of the way to fill the water went cold. Next morning I took a 7 min shower and ended up with cold water. We did have to park in their secured garage for a fee, but was comped our parking for all the issues I experienced. My collogue was in a separate room and his only complaint was that the AC unit was facing down at his bed all nigh. SO, like I said the staff was amazing!

Excellent service at the front desk. Friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Accommodations were modern and very clean. We sure enjoyed our stay, though it was only one night. We will be back again.

I have food allergies and brought my own food to heat up. When I asked at he front desk if there was a microwave in our room the front desk clerk said there wasn’t but that I could bring my meal to the front desk and they would heat it up. We were just getting settled in our room when housekeeping arrived with a microwave! Great service, thank you!
