Not much I can share about the property as I arrived fairly late, and left very early. The check in was smooth and really quick.

We have stayed in Hampton Inn many times in the past in US. This one is below our expectation. Staff is super nice and friendly. But it has very limited parking, below average breakfast, bad coffee, very small gym and no pool! Definitely not our choice in future.

Close to the airport. They also offer airport shuttle sharing with other hotels I think. They are coming every 30 minutes. Breakfast was hot and buffet style also included hotel fees and open from 6am to 10am. Coffee, tea, and hot water were always sitting in front of the elevator so you can access to those drinks 24/7 days.

Our shuttle driver was great. Line up at check in but they were efficient. Room is quiet. Comfortable room.

The hotel location was great ... short drive to the many places we wanted to see. Hotel (and even Costco next door) experienced a power outage (from about 3-9ish). It was a major inconvenience and hotel compensated guests accordingly ... thank you! After power came back on we slept great through the night. Breakfast is edible and could be improved.

Overall very nice breakfast and excellent customer service. Awesome location, easy access to everything. There are 2 complaints: 1. when the door shuts, it is extremely loud. We can hear other doors closing from far end of the floor. 2. The AC is really loud when turned on, we had to turn it off.

We unfortunately are unable to do anything about the doors when closing as they are 25+ years old. As for the a/c, unfortunately again, these are new units but some guests do find that they are quite loud. Sorry for these issues and we do look forward to seeing you back again.

We arrived late and had a very early flight. The staff were very helpful in arranging a shuttle for the morning and a bag breakfast for us since nothing is open at YVR at that time. We were very pleased with the seevice.

When we arrived at the hotel we found out that the power was out in the entire block. We weren't sure if we would be able to check in or get into our room. The staff was amazing! They worked by the light of a small lamp and had all the required paperwork printed for us to check us in. The staff stayed calm and friendly. The room was clean and modern. We were shocked that we didn't hear any planes even though we were so close to the elevator. The breakfast in the morning was good too. I will stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it.

There was no power from 3:00 till 9:00. I recognize this was out of the hotel control but no attempt was made to help us up the stairs with our luggage -we are 70 and 78 and my husband uses a cane. They did move us to a lower floor but a little help with the bags would have been appreciated, there was no compensation offered for our inconvenience and not being able to use the facilities offered either.

It was a short overnight stay between flights but we found the hotel to be great. Clean well kept room with friendly staff, a great airport shuttle and a great breakfast selection. Overall a great experience.

It seems humble from the outside and with its very utilitarian access to YVR, but then it is suddenly a really good "little" hotel. We bookmarked this place as a good one to use even when we are not travelling. There's a nifty high-quality restaurant a block (3 minutes) away.

Shuttle driver drove past us several times at the airport. Had to call the front desk multiple times to ensure the shuttle from the airport was running. If you didn't flag the shuttle down it would just keep on driving past. Multiple other guests were having the same issues. Otherwise, breakfast was average and provided by the hotel in the lobby.

I enjoyed my staff at the Hampton Inn. I had a great experience with the staff being helpful and friendly and the shuttle bus driver accommodating me- would definitely recommend!
