Excellent customer service. Very attentive staff. The room is elegant, spacious, clean. I was surprised to see water bottles, slippers, a comb, etc. An excellent touch for a perfect stay. Overall this hotel is a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay again when I travel to this area.

I found a small hair on the towel in the bathroom when we first entered the room. I doubt the towels hadn’t been changed.

Very difficult to drive into … even Google was confused. This is not a senior adult friendly place. We had trouble with key card every entry, the bathroom was pretty but fixtures were not easy to use, the only coffee available is an expresso unit in each room that has horrible directions, and the floor lamp in our room was a mystery how to turn off/on. It was an expensive lesson to learn. Next time we will go to a familiar hotel chain and ask for handicapped bathroom.

When guests call us directly for assistance with driving directions, we ensure to remind them to correctly enter the complete hotel address. The city field must read Port Coquitlam otherwise the GPS will default to Coquitlam which is a totally different city. We have accessible rooms in our hotel. However, the request must be made in advance to guarantee availability. Our Front Desk is manned 24/7/365 for all our hotel who are in need of assistance. We can be easily reached via phone or in person at the desk any time any day for any information, direction, assistance and request.We wish you well and we thank you for staying with us.

A good, functional room. Thought it would be loud facing Lougheed hwy, but it was fine. Front desk staff were very nice. Bathroom wasnt super clean. Parking for a full size pick up truck is limited. Nice that Tims is super close to get coffee. AC worked well.

First I booked a room with 1 queen bed. They put me in a room with 2 beds. Also the keys in one room wouldn't work, so they put me in another room that had an awful smell and was very dirty. I spoke very politely to the manager who was incredibly disrespectful and said something like "the room doesn't smell bad" and I said that unfortunately it did. He just said: well seems like we can't please you. And then ultimately the very nice staff lady got me a set of card keys that were working and I was moved to the original room. No one came to help me with my bags. Didn't even offer. In summary this is just as bad as one of the places in that show hotel hell. I mean I paid for what I like, and then I am given this? And treated this way.

I travel quite a bit and I don't usually complain or leave bad reviews but I think that this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. To say the mattress was hard is an understatement.

The location is excellent 😀👍👏 The service was great when we arrived and we were offered assistance to our room without asking We had problems with bathroom sink drainage and was given immediate assistance and we changed rooms quickly with no problems We also asked for late Check- out 1.00pm as dining in restaurant They stated no problem 😊 👍 Highly recommend this hotel 🙏

Our room was dusty, smelled like it was a previous smoking room. Just across hwy from train yard, that shunt night and day. Would be better to stay in the back, where it is quieter Have stayed here years ago and it was better then
