The service was wonderful, but the property was lacking. The building and amenities are old and out dated. The pool was cold. However, the room was pleasant and clean. The staff was lovely and it definitely balanced out the negatives.

Great communication, anything you needed was a call away! Nice suite, came over from Victoria for a Canucks Game, nice a close to the rink, walkable! Would definitely stay here again!

The property is very well maintained. The beds are comfortable as is the living area. It is close to public transportation and many sites are within walking distance. Bike rentals abound. The staff is wonderful and exceedingly helpful. The galley style kitchen is very well equipped. The condo units are ideal for short- and longterm stays.

Great location if you enjoy city life! Lots of great restaurants and ethnic food. Really close to shopping and entertainment. Little close to fire station, so if you prefer quiet, reserve the rooms on the higher levels. Hotel was great, very clean, friendly staff. It has a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, great to unwind and relax after long day of exploring the city.

Weihnachten get away
Good night in the city with friends. Hotel staff were very friendly, door staff were helpful and made sure we got a taxi. Only complaint is that the pull out couch is located poorly in the room. If i pulled out the bed it would block the path to the bathroom, and my guests wouldn't be able to use the bathroom at night. So i ended up sleeping just on the couch itself without pulling out the bed.
