I believe the survey does not reflect this hotel. It’s a vintage hotel. BUT Clean and friendly staff. More of a motel than hotel with an outdoor entrance to room even though you go through an indoor lobby.

Area around the propery is very sad w many homeless persons and druggies. The parkade is secure, but the alley had a dozen drug addicts in the neighboring parking lot, which would be ok if you didnt have to get out of the car to swipe your room key to open the door. Additionally the ramp is super steap so cars will bottom out driving down to the lower level. The in room coffee w real cramers in the fridge was great. Their late night happy hour was a bag of chips and a can of bubbly water or d coke (not exactly the cocktail they advertise). The coffee shop attached to the lobby is fabulous as is the restaurant burgoo next door. In all the hotel is good, its the area that makes for a destination i wont return to. As a female who often travels solo for work im typically confident, but Ill stay out of the downtown core for safety reasons in the future. .

Amazing and very helpful staff.We came for a race half marathon and the lication was perfect walking distance from finish line . Excellent location ,clean coffee refill 👌We will go next year again for sure

Overall this property was a very pleasant surprise. That being said we did not receive any notice from the hotel or Expedia that we were to receive free parking at the hotel or that there even was parking. Drove around looking for a parkade sign and ended up parking in the parkade across the street and it cost us 54.00 for the overnight which I do think should be reimbursed

This was a motel, not a hotel. Felt unsafe as a solo traveler. Very noisy area with sirens every few minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The property did a great job showcasing themselves on the booking site, unfortunately it wasn’t as visually appealing as we thought it would be. The window AC unit was much louder than we were used to. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Burrard. Convenient location, comfortable bed and the noise level was very managable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was shoddy.

Good property in a great location. Cute inner courtyard. Had an interior room which was small but clean and the Advantage was no traffic noise. Comfortable beds. Only issue was the card reader was broken and it wasted part of my evening going down to the desk 6 times and never did get a card until later that night. I would stay again.

Good location. Close to airport. Close to many restaurants and bars. Unfortunately power went out several times during our visit. On the last day an outage happened that was “planned” but guests were not informed. As a result, no elevator from the 4th floor and we were checking out and had to drag out luggage down 8 flights of stairs. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. However, cleaning staff was great. Loud location close to the hospital. Many sirens and honking horns all day and night.

The hotel is nice and clean. Noce little outdoor area with a fire place at night. The parking acvess was not so nice. Its behind the hotel in an alley with some very sketchy people. Did not feel to safe back there alone especially at night. Otherwise good location to walk to lots of good food. Very friendly hotelstaff

We really enjoyed our stay very nice hotel and great staff,it has a real nice California or retro vibe to it nice rooms great courtyard lots of reastaurants around and a fantastic coffee shop downstairs we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again

Definitely a budget property. Parking was limited and very difficult to maneuver in. Staff was extremely cheerful and helpful. Best part of this property by far was the friendly and helpful staff.

Simple and fun little place with a great restaurant and coffee shop downstairs. The rooms weren’t particularly special, and had a cold clinical appeal lacking coziness. However the room was clean and appeared well maintained. The parking lot is so small that it should not be offered at all. I regret paying for parking at a different lot and walking over, since getting into the lot itself was inconvenient and tight unless you are driving a tiny compact. My stay was spent wondering if I would be able to back out of the parking spot in the morning. Generally the hotel seemed to attract a “let’s stay downtown and party” crowd, who could be heard loudly coming and going well into the night and early morning. This didn’t bother me, but I’m guessing the loud streets combined with hotel clatter might irritate others and should be noted.

When I first checked in, I didn’t realize how old the hotel was so it caught me off guard initially. After staying 2 nights, the stay was great! The staff was superb. It gives a motel vibe as the suites are located outside and it is an older building, but the staff made the stay great! Very walkable location, and pretty prime for really anything that you’re looking to do in Vancouver! The cafe attached is great! Never got to try the restaurant but it was busy every time I went past. Bed was very comfy, and despite the location being right downtown and across from a hospital I found it pretty quiet considering! I felt safe travelling and walking around.
