Well located and great service. we got a newly renovated room. It was tastefully done and we loved the amenities.

Great for a cruise, but how about some free wifi !

Cons: The absence of free wifi is poor when paying over $400 per night. Also a free bottle of water would be a nice touch - charged $7.50 for a bottle.
Nice stay - great location given we just got off a cruise. Surely free wifi should be a standard and not an over priced extra.

Hotel was excellent

Pros: Every thing fine.
Cons: Food priced too high.
Location: Excellent place to stay to connect to Alaska cruise ships.
Food prices at hotel restaurant were excessive. Nothing more to add.

Scented lobby, hallways Asthma Alert, bar noise

Pros: it was clean
Cons: Eliminate the artificial scent from the lobby of the hotel or someone is going to have a serious asthma attack.
If you have sensitivity or asthma triggered by scented environments I would stay away from this hotel. Within few minutes of walking into the lobby and started check-in I stared experiencing shortness of breath and dizziness. Hotel receptionist informed me that they scent the lobby, I think with candles. I stayed on 18 floor and scent was present there as well. The room had no scent and was comfortable. Stayed on the City side of the hotel, when returned to my room around 11 pm there was a heavy base sound coming from the bar (not sure which one) that kept me awake till 1:30 am. even ear plugs could not do anything about it. But after that when music stopped I had comfortable sleep.

Beautiful Harbor Front View

I had a late check in and my room was upgraded I was given directions and told about local hot spots and everybody was all around helpful. Room service staff was great as well.

Outdated and overpriced.

With small, low ceiling rooms and faded decor from the early nineties, I'm sure this hotel was tops back in the day, but for three hundred dollars a night you should expect more. Showers are old and creaky and wifi is an additional 15 dollars a night, which is simply unacceptable for the price. An equivalent hotel would be the holiday inn express and substantially cheaper.

Great value for money. The pool is nice, not huge but nice, food on hotel pricey but great. Nice experience and comfortable beds, clean.

Close to Cruise Terminal

Pros: The quality and service. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. Ultra convenient to the cruise terminal across the street. Also staff was very knowledgeable.
Cons: Nothing I can think of; they've got everything covered.
Location: Beautiful city and waterfront views. Sightseeing sea planes take off and land on a regular schedule. Can watch the ships leave the port.
Just a short walk across the steet to the Canada Place cruise terminal. If taking a Disney cruise, the hotel will transfer your checked luggage at no cost (just tip the bell hop), if you haven't already arranged via Disney. All you have to do is call the bell hop and arrange it before 11 a.m. the day you're sailing. The cuisine in the Arc restaurant was 5 stars, top notch. Kudos to the chef. Try the venison for dinner. Nice kids menu too. Different but yummy grilled cheese sandwich. This restaurant's bread is to die for whether on sandwiches or rolls served with dinner. Outdoor pool on third floor was relaxing in a picturesque setting with city and waterfront views, with floats free of charge and convenient bar service. Also great views of the waterfront, North Shore Mountains and Canada Place cruise terminal. Also there is a food court right underneath the hotel (just take the elevator down to level C) which also has some souvenir stores, a camera shop, etc. Recommend taking a circle walk around the cruise terminal for some beautiful views of the waterfront - along the way also some fun things to do, photo spots, and restaurants there too. I cruise a lot and Canada Place is the most beautiful cruise terminal I've ever seen. Also has a Fly Canada ride which looks similar to Disney's Soaring - we didn't have time to try it :(.
