Great location, reasonable pricePosted Apr 20, 2015
The only bad thing was I stayed on the first floor and could hear the noise from the street. Everything else was perfect!

Friendly and clean but lack certain comforts. Issues with check- in, number of guests and laundry trollies that move through breakfast area. The staff is very friendly though. Have to stop in street on arrival to get a parking pass. Complimentary breakfast choices are very limited. Overall you can do better for the same price in Vancouver. It is very central in downtown Vancouver

This is a old hotel with the modern room.Posted Apr 16, 2015
Cons: manager's attitute and parking
Location: super location
Room is clean and modern. In general all the staffs are useful and friendly except the manager. He always didn't bother to look at the guests and ignored us even though the counter located right in front of main door of hotel. Breakfast was good. Parking is in next building, a bit inconvenient and very crowded.

Delightful rooms, kind and personal staff!Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: friendly staff, cleanliness, amenities, comfort, little touches, free breakfast (and a good one at that!)
Cons: Only downside was no gym/pool actually within the hotel (not a big deal, but you do have access to the Nash fitness centre across the street)
Location: great location, close to everything, RIGHT next to skytrain station.
I stayed here for 2 nights while in Van yet again for a workshop. Location was prime, but the hotel has a nice personal feel to it since it is on the smaller side. Rooms were very nicely upgraded and clean with all the trimmings, including an extra plush throw blanket in the closet, chocolates on the pillow, huge closet and bathroom, etc. The amenities included in the price were top notch for finding in Van - free internet (and it was fast wifi!!) & free made-to-order breakfast. The little touches made this hotel great and friendly. In the middle of downtown, it felt nice walking into a hotel where the concierge greeted you by name.

Friendly and relaxing stayPosted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: Service excellent
Cons: Could not lower the room temperature, too warm.
Location: Centrally located with walkability to almost anything you might want to do.
I have spent 7 nights in the last month in the hotel. Always a pleasurable experience. Wonderfull breakfast in under 5 min. All staff polite and friendly. Bar next door is active and staff there best in a long time. Good food and happy hour specials. Recommend to everyone.

was two blocks away from my destinationPosted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: Pleasing and helpful staff, clean and centrally located.
Cons: Windows for sure for making it sound proof. Rooms vibrates when people moves around in upper floor and sideways.
Location: 5-7 minutes walk from Gastown, Canada centre and sea. 7/11 store across the road.
excellent staff, nice service, i enjoyed free wifi and free international calls, B/f included. slightly noisy at night. windows needs to be sound proof. Rooms vibrates when people moves around in upper floor and sideways.

Excellent location and staff!Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Everything! The Steve Nash gym pass was an added bonus!
Location: We walked everywhere! The location is perfect!
I would highly recommend St Regis! The staff was extremely accommodating: helping us to make reservations at restaurants, plan daily outings, help with directions etc. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere! We had chocolates waiting for us nightly as our beds were turned down, and woke to an exceptional "made to order" breakfast in the downstairs dining. The daily Steve Nash gym pass was located only 1/2 block walk from the hotel. We attend a few classes, including a cycling class. We will DEFINITELY return to St. Regis. It met our expectations and beyond!!!
