"Everything has been great from the moment we checked in. Admittedly it was during a rare Danish heatwave but the staff are super, handy shop on site. The pool is great with the slides. On site cafe has a limited menu by good for us. Accommodation is just what we needed, well equipped kitchen, excellent free WiFi. Site is quiet and the coastline is amazing onto the Fjord. "

"Das Haus ist super, zu neunt immer noch groß genug, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles, um auch bei Dänemarkwetter die Kids zu beschäftigen. Unsere Kinder waren täglich im Pool und haben es sehr genossen. Herr Anderson war sehr nett und hat seinen Job als Mädchen für alles bestens umgesetzt. Auch der Kontakt zu der Agentur war vorbildlich. Wir bekamen sehr nützliche Informationen auch zur Anreise. Zu Coronazeiten haben wir uns dort sicherer gefühlt als Zuhause. "Wir wollten über Silvester mit unseren Kindern einen Kurztrip machen. Dieser stellte sich leider als Katastrophe raus. Gebucht war Kolding, als wir dort ankamen brach direkt der Türgriff ab. Ein Mitarbeiter kam und konnte uns nicht helfen uns wurde dann ein neues Haus in Fredericia zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Campingplatz sowie die Umgebung ist schön. Leider war das Haus in einem absolut schlechten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit war so unterirdisch, dass wir los gefahren sind und Putzmittel gekauft...

"Leider war das Ferienhaus sehr schmutzig und insgesamt in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Dusche im Bad war extrem schimmelig und es lagen Haare auf dem Boden. Sämtliche Fenster (auch innenliegende) waren sehr verdreckt - nicht nur vom Wetter. Insgesamt war alles nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, von sauber kann man gar nicht sprechen. Es hing auch noch ein Handtuch von den letzten Gästen da. Für 143 € könnte man in Deutschland locker 2 Reinigungskräfte 4h lang putzen lassen, aber wir...

"We stayed for one night at the lodge Billund, arriving late and leaving early for a trip to legoland. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfy beds with good quality bed linen and fluffy pillows. Very quiet even though our bedroom was next to the stairwell. I can't comment on facilities as our stay was so brief but I got a good impression overall, Staff were welcoming and the hotel is very well kept. It's only a 500 metre walk to legoland itself. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. My only comment would be allergen info displayed with food items would be helpful. My son has a milk allergy, but staff were very helpful in obtaining this information for me on my asking."
