However, it is not clear in your review what is meant with 'no amenities'. During your stay we offer daily cleaning, free of charge bottle of water from the minibar, various bath and shower items such as shampoo and shower gel, kettle with tea and coffee facilities, towels and sheets and our remote reception is 24h/7 available for suggestions and assistance even if the property is a guesthouse. Anyway, your advice is always helpful for us to improve. Best Regards,

Dear Mrs Anush, we reason we ask our client to come over Antico Doge was because at the Fosca Venice Rooms there is no reception and because we need to receive the passports of our clients and the payment of the city tax, they need to come at the main hotel. We are sorry you didn't read the istruction we normally provide to our clients, sometimes they do not receive because the reservation is made thorugh a third party and not directly with the client, so it's really hard to comunicate with them. The collegue at that time of the evening was alone and was unable to help you unless to explain how to reach the main hotel. The fact your flight was cancelled do not depend by us, so you should have asked the refund to your flight company, They should refund you if you made an insurance
