This was such a beautiful property with all the amenities. Because the pool closed early we were not able to enjoy it but overall a great place to stay! Clean and within walking distance from restaurants and shops as well as close to the beach.

On the Lido, so it is far from the horrible crowds that afflict large parts of Venice, but still an easy waterbus ride to everywhere. Green and quiet.

Just got back from a 10 day vacation in Venice.we stayed at the Ville del Lido on the Lido S.M.E. side of the lagoon. I chose the Lido because having stayed in Venice before, I found the Lido to be a much better option then staying in Venice. First the lido has taxi service to take you from the boat station to your hotel with luggage, in Venice unless you have a very expensive hotel that is easy to get to via water taxi, you have to carry your luggage to the hotel which can be challenging due to the many bridges one might have to cross The Lido is a smart choice to stay and unwind after the hussle and bussle of sightseeing in Venice, it is only a short Vaporetto ride from Venice, and there are many Vaporettos coming and going from the lido, We stayed at the Ville Del Lido, which was as comfortable as one can be, we had the 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a balcony across the street from the beach,and also a private terrace above our room with the stairs which lead to it inside our room, the beds were comfortable, our master bedroom had a master bath, and the other bedroom had another full bath in the hallway. Our unit had a kitchen, and refrigerator which we stocked shopping at the local supermarket called Conad, in the center of town where all the shops, and restaurants are which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. In the summer you can spend time on the beautiful beach . The hotel staff spoke English and were very attentive to all our needs. We loved this hotel.

A pleasant family resort which was easy to get to and simple food for breakfast. Apartment was clean and tidy although both children complained about the beds being uncomfortable.

A surprising gem!
We were hugely surprised with our stay - the complex seems pretty new and decorated to seem old and original, which is a little strange but actually quite endearing. The beds are extremely comfy, the bathrooms are perfectly fine, the lounge area is nice to have and the kitchenette was surprisingly handy. There is a big store 8 minutes walk so we made lunches in our room and enjoyed them in the garden or on the beach. Local restaurants are great and many do take away if you want. The pool is nice and the sun loungers are comfy. Breakfast was pretty standard, but enjoyable. In all nothing to complain about and would seriously think about coming back soon!

Lovely setting opposite the beach and close to main restaurants and conference centre. Only grip was that breakfast was not served until 8am which was too late for the conference. No cutlery in the kitchen area not that I planned to cook but did want to open a bottle!

Great location for the money. Comfortable rooms. We stayed during the off season so no pool, but that wasn't what we came to Venice for. The rooms were very "Venice".....awesome. We could have had some advance notice for the ferry. It caught us a little off guard, but was manageable. We arrived very late and had to call the staff to let us in....no 24 hour desk service....again, it was manageable. The experience was what we were expecting and even exceeded our expectations. This was a great trip and worth the money.

La Ville del Lido in Autumn
Very nice villa-style hotel 10 minutes from vaporetto stop and 200 yards from the beach. Excellent suite accommodation opposite a well maintained pool and gardens. Friendly staff and a decent continental breakfast. Great base for exploring the Lido and wider Venice. Would stay here again without hesitation.

End of season so not a lot of people around. Lovely gardens, helpful staff, great pool - not heated though. Apartment facilities just adequate. Local beaches shut, but close enough to main town which is beautiful. Nice walks around Le Lido. I would stay again.

Hotel very clean and tidy needs a little tlc, we had an economy suite which was big and spacious the outside space was excellent and kitchen was fully equipped. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of variety, the setting outside was lovely. Pool area was perfect for relaxing. The local area was very nice, beach was great and nice walking. Very easy access to the city by water bus and also all the other islands. Would definitely go back again

Good find
The residence was very clean and accommodation simple but functional for our needs. Great location if you like to be near the sea otherwise note a 15min walk from water taxi drop off to residence. No large taxis for family of 5 so quite a hot walk with luggage on arrival.great place to stay to relax after sightseeing in Venice or surrounding Islands .. pool very clean and plenty sun beds ...breakfast simple - could have been more choice but it did the job... we weren’t recommended any local restaurants but actually the closest : Africa was great. Plenty choice on the main high street on the Lido for family pizza/fish etc Worth buying water taxi pass which we used to see all the islands - Burano a must. Also dropped off at various point around Venice so we could cover all the districts.

The property in general is great: great pool with lots of lounge chairs, the room set-up is great, the location is great (only 1/2 block to the beach) and the staff was nice and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, one big annoyance was that the upholstered furnishings were all VERY tired: all the upholstered chairs were sagging like crazy! It would be great if the furnishings were updated. No more antique-like pieces but furnishings that fit the exterior of the hotel!

Nice apartments.
Nice quiet apartments. Fab pool. The Lido was lovely and there were nice reasonably priced restaurants within 10 minute walk. Would have benefited from a bar.

Quaint and cute
This apartment complex is wonderful on the eye. The rooms are very individual in appearance and all have a terrace or two storey balcony. The pool area is wonderful (when the grass is cut) and the local area is looked after fantastically. Being slightly away from the main area of Lido makes the setting quieter. The staff on the other hand are a little bit and miss. Rose on reception is wonderfully inviting and always smiling but the owner is a bit of a grump as is one of the other reception staff. We made the most of the 3 day ACTV boat pass which allowed unlimited travel on their boats, great value which makes Venice a simple boat ride away.

It was such a great experience. I give this residence a 10 out of 10. Perfect condition. Location was ok, right in front of the beach and only 10 minutes walk from the boat terminal in the island. The personal staff is incredivel. Very nice people, always willing to help. A big “thank” to Rose, she did a great job. Her service to the guest at the pool was excelent, always with a smile. The owner was such a nice guy. In general i dont have any negative comment about this property. I would defenitely come back to this property.

Excellent Hotel for family Holidays.
We have booked this hotel online. since we booked the hotel we have received several emails from them giving us instruction how to get to the hotel. It was a good communication and we were very pleased. The hotel was easy to find,, very close to the beech, clean and comfortable. we will definitely go back to this hotel in the summer.

It was a bit hard to find. About a 15 walk to water bus, nothing there in lido in the winter very quiet but really nice. A few shops & cafe on the Main Street to the water taxi.
