This is an apartment rather than a hotel. The problem is that management does not provide ANY information about how to get the key to the apartment. To get the key, you will have to call the phone on the reservation. Upon calling the phone number, you will learn that you need to find a local hotel to check in and get the apartment key. The problem with finding the managing hotel is that the hotel is a good 10 minute hike away and down a small side street that is poorly marked. Even with the help of a local, it took 30 minutes to find the managing hotel. Good luck, without the help of a local, it might take 45 minutes to over an hour to find the managing hotel.
Moreover, a few members of the hotel staff that services the apartment are very rude. When we checked out of the apartment at the hotel's reception desk, the manager told us that we could use the hotel's internet, since our apartment did not have internet access. While we were using the internet, a staff member found it inconvenient that we were using the table that the manager told us to use. The staff member who was cleaning the area mocked us in Italian to other Italians. This rude staff member just assumed that we did not understand Italian. The manager seemed to know that the staff member was disgruntled. At one point, the manager asked to staff member to be patient. Yet as soon as the manager left the room, the disgruntled staff member continued mocking us to other hotel guests that spoke Italian.
