"The cabin was just as it was listed. It was well stocked with anything you could need. The outdoor area was great with a hot tub and fire pit. Towels were provided for the hot tub. There was plenty of wood. We did not do the paddle boat or kayaks, but they were available and life jackets were provided. We really used the Blackstone for our cooking. Definitely a place we would go back."

"Wife and I were in town to visit grandkids. We looked at several hotels and didn’t find anything to meet our needs. My wife discovered this hideaway next to a lake and it was far beyond our expectations. Great view, grandkids could run and play during the day and we could relax and enjoy quiet evenings together. We had all that we needed and more. Fast WiFi, hot water, paddle boat, super friendly host, even a snack stash which the grandkids really enjoyed. I give this place 5 out of five stars...

"Our kids and I loved our weekend get away in the mountains. It’s was so peaceful and you can’t beat the view or the price. Pictures don’t convey just how cozy this place is . We really appreciated the old fashioned feel. It is a bit of a windy road to get there but you won’t want to leave once there. There was everything we needed and more for a family of six with kids . "The place is not livable and we had to leave at 10pm due to the water being shut off because of a water leak. We had 3 families who had to load up and go home at 10pm. It was so very disappointing. The property owner was nice, but that didn’t help our weekend getaway."

"My husband and I loved our stay at Arky’s Cabin. The setting is quiet and lovely with deer in the meadow and lovely flowers gracing the yard. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The decor was fun and really cool filled with old time memorabilia. There is even a record player! We loved the place and would definitely stay again."
