"It's a small hotel on a back street, only a short walk from the Moalboal bus stop (5 minutes). rooms are spartan and the usual Philippine combo shower toilet. The window-mounted A/C sounded like a 737 at take-off, but you could hear the conversations from the house next door if you didn't run it. The local roosters (next door) will give you great entertainment (not) all night as they squawk at each other. It is a 10 min tr-cycle ride to the tourist part of Moalboal and the sardine swimming."

"They said i didnt select a room and have me an option of 3 rooms, all of which reeked of cockroaches and claimed that it was because the room was not ventilated. "Supervisor was kind enough to upgrade my room. Bathroom wasn't as clean though, initial water flow from the sink and shower was yellow. Water pressure was low. Water closet has stains. They didn't clean the room daily. Staff told me it should be upon request which is not a hotel standard. Blanket was just a flat sheet.
