"A charming house on a very spacious plot of land. Plenty of room for activities and very private. A lovely spa and outdoor fire pit perfect for the cool evenings. Top that off with a spectacular beach just over the dunes less than a 10 min walk away. Also close to waipu town centre and mcleods brewery. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area."

"We’ve been staying in different holiday homes every summer for years, and this place has been our favourite. The ocean view is magnificent, plus it’s so peaceful, and so close to Waipu village and the beach. Since ut is the owner’s house it is also well setup with aircon, dishwasher etc. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Note the steep gravel driveway though, glad we brought our 4wd."

"Had a nice few days away in a lovely spot with good friends. Only disappointment was limited outdoor furniture to enjoy the good weather on the deck. Major repairs needed to master bedroom on suite was disappointing to experience. 1 roll of toilet paper is not enough for 3 adults staying 5 nights."

"It was a great place to stay --close to the beach, with everything you need. Plenty of cutlery and plates for everyone, beds very comfortable, great dishwasher. The shower was hot and strong with plenty of towels. Overall we had a super relaxed time catching up with family--some who stayed in the nearby camping.Would totally recommend this bach to anyone who wanted a super holiday."
