"Pictures don't do this property justice. It's simply beautiful and such a serene setting. It was perfect for our group of 6. Even though the weather didn't cooperate for fishing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Travelers just beware, if you're arriving at nighttime and using GPS, Waze took us to a spot across the river. Once we switched to Google Maps, it brought us to the gravel road and the turnoffs which were very accurately described in final confirmation email. Thank you for a lovely...

"We had the best time! The house was clean with comfy beds, it had all the basic supplies we needed, and had a few fun games to play and interesting books to read during the evenings. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring/walking on the property. The house was close to the bookstores in Hobart as well as delicious local restaurants. The Rich Farm farmhouse was a great place to stay. 😊"

"We loved our visit to the Doll House! Tamara and Paul are very considerate and welcoming hosts, and it was very easy to tell that they wanted us to enjoy our visit. The house itself is beautifully maintained. It has been updated just enough to be comfortable without losing the charm of feeling like you are walking into past history."

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
