"great place to stay, 5min walk away from the ximen mrt and a convenience store 1min away. also a rather good breakfast place a few seconds away. hotel itself was nice looking, quite spacious for the triple single bed. the amenities were self service, take as u need, which was nice. the 2nd level social floor was great as well; provided a space for us to takeaway our food and to have food there. had many options of food & drinks to choice from to consume.the gesture of the jigsaw card was cute. "

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "Checked in quickly. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room due to Expedia Gold benefits. Hotel was very sweet to arrange a birthday cake for my husband. Breakfast was not bad but with limited options of 3 types only with a small salad bar and limited bread options. You can also self service, orange juice, milk or coffee. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a deep soaking bathtub. Bed was king sized but unfortunately had no support and I woke up to backaches and neckaches every morning. Time...
