"great place to stay, 5min walk away from the ximen mrt and a convenience store 1min away. also a rather good breakfast place a few seconds away. hotel itself was nice looking, quite spacious for the triple single bed. the amenities were self service, take as u need, which was nice. the 2nd level social floor was great as well; provided a space for us to takeaway our food and to have food there. had many options of food & drinks to choice from to consume.the gesture of the jigsaw card was cute. "

"Checked in quickly. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room due to Expedia Gold benefits. Hotel was very sweet to arrange a birthday cake for my husband. Breakfast was not bad but with limited options of 3 types only with a small salad bar and limited bread options. You can also self service, orange juice, milk or coffee. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a deep soaking bathtub. Bed was king sized but unfortunately had no support and I woke up to backaches and neckaches every morning. Time...

"Close to all the hot spots without being isolated. Apparently, we got the no window option. It felt like a jail cell especially for the price. Compared to other options, price was a bit high for the quality of room. That said, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful plus they offered convenient amenities that made up for the room itself. "

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when...

"Hotel less than 5 mins walkable distance from the mrt station. Just opposite the famous Ximending shopping district. Hotel is clean, the lobby staff are helpful and polite. No complaints from me! "

"I love this hotel, the price is slightly higher but it's definitely worth it. Take your time to read if you're interested. Check in: It was fast & easy as they were expecting our arrival. Location: It locates at the end of Ximending Walking District where some famous shops locate. Eg: Ah Ma Breakfast, 永和豆奶 (not the one at the entrance), 天天利, two 7-11 and one Family Mart, beef noodles etc... Staff: They're friendly, they helped me to book 3 taxis to HSR station which is 5 minutes drive away...
