The pictures posted of the inside were accurate. The building itself was very sketchy. Trash was left from the last tenant. And the floors were filthy. A light mysteriously came on in the middle of the night.

Important to note that the laundry is not in unit and the tv service does not have local channels. Interior was very much maintained and the park location was very convenient.

We were unable to stay at this location due to our disabilities. There was no elevators and doing the stairs with our luggage was not possible. However our host Diefort Datis had us in a handicap assessable house in less than an hour. He was wonderful to deal with and would rent from him again.

DON'T STAY HERE - Bugs in the beds, roaches all around, filthy floors, poor premises
I want to piggy-back off of the previous review that was left by Jeanne T. who also stayed at this "condo". I wish we would have been able to read her review BEFORE we booked this place because she hit the nail on the head! The place looks more like a run-down motel and the grounds are in terrible shape. We also witnessed one of the residence paying a woman for her "services", so this place is definitely not a place you want to stay with your children! The pictures provided are deceptive because, although this unit has been renovated, it is still not at all as nice and clean as it seems. There are cockroaches all over the condo, especially in the kitchen. There are also either bed bugs or fleas in the beds, because my daughter said she was itching all night and woke up covered in bug bites. The next night, my wife experienced the same thing, so the beds were definitely infested with some kind of creepy crawlers. On top of that, the place was not even clean. There were rags laying around like someone had just been there and the trash cans had not been emptied. The bathroom trash bin even had USED wipes with feces smeared on them, which is enough to disgust anyone staying there and having to share a bathroom. The floors were also filthy and I had to wash my grandson's feet off numerous times, as the bottoms of his feet were completely black with dirt. Overall, we were completely disgusted with this place and we hope any potential future vacation seekers avoid this place like the plague because trust me, you'll feel like you were experiencing a plague staying here!

Deceptive listing
I am hesitant to write this review but feel that I should. The area this property is in, isn't very nice. The outside of the building and parking lot are extremely run down. I would equate it to an old motel-like building. This unit is the upstairs corner unit and is nice inside and completely renovated. With that being said, as soon as we walked in and put some groceries away, there were cockroaches in the cabinets. That left me a little skeeved out. The unit has a nice view but was not equipped for our family of five. The couches are not futons or pullouts so my youngest slept on an air mattress all week (that I had to buy). I did not feel like the property was a safe place and we would smell weed coming from one unit we passed on the way to ours. This is separate from the issue that the owner tried telling us that we may not be able to check in on the date we had booked months in advance because he was unsure if the people currently there would be leaving. That left me scrambling to find another property or hotel the day before our trip. Then I finally received word that we would be able to check in on our scheduled date. There were no beach chairs as promised and only one beach towel. I contacted the owner who brought two new chairs but that was a couple days into our stay. Overall, I feel like the pictures were accurate of the inside but not the place as a whole. The frustrating thing is that I read the reviews in advance of booking and the only negative I saw was someone saying that the parking lot could use some work...what an understatement. Sorry if this is harsh but that was our experience. I am disgusted that we spent so much money to stay somewhere with cockroaches.

Great stay near West Palm Beach
We had a great time at the condo. The interior appears to be recently updated with all new appliances. Location is close to Costco and a Publix grocery so it was easy to stock up for our week's stay. The host , Datis, was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
