"This VRBO was very Comfortable. Old Rustic House thats Been Upgraded with Modern Accomodations. We felt Very Relaxed here. We cooked Dinner /Breakfast . and enjoyed some Livation. Sitting area outside was perfect. . and we slept well.. . The only thing we were surprised about was the On Street Parking for unloading. And the Stairs at the Entrance.. Not Handicap Accesibble. But, in the end.. We were very happy. And will stay again. No Problem"

"This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!"

"We had a big group with all different ages. Everybody enjoyed their stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully decorated. The pool table, poker table and Pac-Man kept us all entertained during out time there. Hosts were friendly and responsive."

"This property is truly special. Tucked back in a very quiet and private neighborhood, and right on the ocean with a private beach. The property is well taken care of, very dog friendly, tastefully decorated, modern yet charming, and spotlessly clean. We are quite picky and no matter where we looked, everything was perfectly clean and well kept, truly impressive for a dog friendly property. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"Leslie was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed including portacrib, bikes, wagon to pull to the beach, sand toys and kitchen equipment. The beach was great for the 3 and 7 year olds. Niantic is a quaint town with lots of eating places in the area. We will reserve the house when we return to the area. Thanks for all your help."

The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The bathrooms were all in great condition and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Anthony is a great host and even let us extend our stay. If you have children this home is great...

The dock is a perfect place for morning coffee or enjoying the evening. The outdoor patio has multiple seating;the upper deck has great views. It was a good place to be with family."
