"We adored our stay here! The hosts have thought of everything, and it was fun to discover the many extras. The only thing we didn’t realize was that the road in front of the house is actually rather busy, so it wasn’t quite as remote as we had expected. But the view was beautiful, the home was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, there were plenty of nearby things to do, and our sweet little doggie could also accompany us. There was even a dog lead outside so we could hook her up...

"What a hidden gem! On a gorgeous piece of property, this house feels remote yet is a quick drive to downtown Clayton. The home and views are even better than the VRBO listing photos. There are plenty of places for large groups to gather whether in the kitchen, dining room, or enormous porch with expansive views of the mountains. The host was an excellent communicator and was so kind to allow our group to check in early! We can’t wait to return!"

"Everything we needed! Absolutely loved everything about this cabin! The cozy couch on the porch was my favorite! The game room in the basement was a fun bonus. Perfect distance from town to feel like you’re in the mountains, but just a hop, skip, and a jump from town!"

Although the water was still cold, we jumped in a bit and there were plenty of other things to keep us occupied. The hot tub, fire pit and game room provided enough variety for everyone. "Plenty of space in this tiny house. It was only me, my 11 year-old son, and 14 year-old daughter, but I’d be confident saying 3 more could stay comfortably. Conveniently located short distance from the lake. I’d stay again!"

"Nice quite little place to stay. House was clean inside. The master bed sagged on one side due to a poor bedframe. Only one kitchen hand towel, one hand towel for each bathroom. No short glasses for cocktails. kayaks were too dirty to use and I didn't want to take the time to clean them. I'd still go back again."
