"I fell in love with this place the moment I walked in the door. We stayed here because our son recently moved to the area. Everything you could possibly want or need is provided. We were going to take our son & his girlfriend out for dinner but we decided to stay in & grill. We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, & just hanging out on the back porch by the water. We will definitely stay here again. Such a fun & relaxing weekend."

"The place we stayed at was a cute 2 bedroom house with a loft. They supplied a golf cart for riding around the community and going to the dock and lake. Everything was impeccable and the location was peaceful. We took advantage of the fire pit and I did some fishing from the dock. Beautiful view of the lake from the dock. We had an issue with the coffee make and it was replaced in 10 minutes. Great service. I recommend this getaway to anyone."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Tea Cottage. The house was amazingly clean and was decorated to perfection! It was the perfect place to stay close to North Georgia Tech where my daughter was graduating!"

"The cottage was perfect for my husband and me! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had every convenience. Our every need was addressed from coffee and tea to paper towels and laundry soap. Even outside lights that were on an automatic timer! Fencing made it feel private and remote. Yes, there is road noise from 441, but, it wasn't a big deal at night and we weren't there much during the day. We had white noise from the a/c fan when we needed it. We loved how convenient the cottage is...

"Myself and my husband, along with another couple throughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hutch's Mountain Cottage. The exterior was pleasing and well-maintained. We loved having a little garage. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee pot made the HOTTEST coffee!! We welcomed this because we had mornings in the low thirties, but we were snug in the comfy beds and there were lots of nice blankets for cuddling. The cottage is extremely clean!!! It is decorated beautifully too! If there was one...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Green Shutters Cottage. The mountain view out back was lovely. The furnishings were comfortable and quirky. We really liked the outdoor spaces and HoneyPie, my nephew's dog, loved being able to explore while on the provided tether while they visited us for the afternoon and grilled out. I'd definitely recommend this gem and stay again when visiting the area again in the future."

"The cottage and property were exactly as described. We were disappointed that we had no communication from the owner. The air conditioner did not cool the master bedroom. The door lock did not work. However, we would stay here again."
