"We came into town to celebrate a family wedding. We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, grill and hang out while we were in town. It was very clean and well taken care of. Most anything we needed was available at the property, which is so nice when you’re flying and limited on what you can bring. We loved staying here and will definitely return when we come back for another visit."

"The property worked fine for us because of the location. Check-in process was not communicated. On arrival we called the contact number (owner lives in Tennessee) and before we could get him to answer the phone we discovered the key box on the door knob was not locked and the entry key was inside. "This is my third stay at this property and will most likely always use this property, at least until I get my own house built. This was the first time my Dad came with me and he was in heaven. "We both loved this place! Decor was so inviting, and the welcome basket made us feel special. Very clean and had everything we needed! I recommend this anytime you need stay in Kingman. We were here for a friend's college graduation. I hope to stay here again. We tried to book it for next month and we waited too long and one of the days we needed was not available. Next time though! "Property was dirty, bathroom had hair, dirt, etc in corners. No TP, door did not lock, screens were ripped or gone. Couldn’t open windows, kitchen not enough utensils, floor dirty had to clean dog food off. Cooking area needed a good cleaning. Carpet torn."

"We needed at least a 2 bedroom place for 4 adults and 2 large dogs. We were waiting to close escrow on our house and hotel rooms are fine but cramped. This apartment is very large and had plenty of room for everyone and even had a little gated yard for the dogs. The only bad thing was the glass door so you can see in the apartment which was kind of creepy and we had a huge rainstorm and the bathroom vent leaked water but we're not complaining. We would stay here again."
