The front desk attendant was super friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was outdated and old damages were just “bandaged” if you know what I mean. The bed was very squeeky. The parking lot is very cramped and large pickup trucks were allowed to park in the covered parking area, which is labeled “compact”, so two spots were taken up by those trucks. I didn’t want to park in the upper area because there were two men just wandering around and there wasn’t a lot of light. I didn’t feel safe getting out of my car. So, I crammed my car in the only spot left in the covered, well-lit area and could barely get out of my car.

The hotel was located in a prime location - Lyft rides seemed to be readily available; but everything is also within a reasonable walking distance (T-Mobile Park/Lumen Stadium, Pike Place Market, Ferry Building, Seattle Public Library, Sky View Observatory). But the absolute highlight was our room and the hotel staff, from the first welcome at the door to the reception and housekeeping staff. We had our privacy, and were well taken care of. Staff were at the front door every time we entered and left, and they ALWAYS acknowledged us with pleasant greetings. The hotel was a bit of a splurge for us but it was all well worth it and we can't wait to return to Lotte Hotel! We truly appreciated the ethnic diversity at the hotel and in Seattle, in general. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area, we felt right at home.
