Was a little dated coyld use some updates. Staff was very helpful. Our door didn't have the safety latch making us feel a little unsafe. There was a lot of arguing and fighting in different parts of .

It stinks! bad smell in the property, staffs are okay but I did not get a COT as requested, they have just one COT and it was given to someone else... Breakfast is a joke.... Wifi is great, Location is great, amenities are great around the place

Our room was claimed to be recently renovated. If you consider at least 5-10 years ago then maybe. The walls & floors are paper thin - you can hear every noise. The room above was pacing all night. In the room across the hall the guy was smoking, refused to stop and argued with the night clerk. Aside from the noise I had to stuff towels under my door to try to block the smell but still our clothes stank. When I complained to the day staff they claimed they didn't smell anything, even when I took 3 of them to the offending room. Breakfast on weekends ends at 9 - most places end an hour later on the W/E. And this even when daylight savings time just occurred. I met a lady who has stayed here before and she also had the same issues (no idea why she came back). On the positive side the bed was comfortable, they had great water pressure and hot water.

It was a bad experience. They gave me a dirty and smelly room first. The second one was broken (The main door lock, Lamps and bed). I will never suggest anyone to stay at this place.

It was close to the places that we wanted to go to. The staff was quick to get us the towels that were missing in our room. The only negative thing was hearing people talking upstairs during the night.

i’ve stayed here once before and the room was outdated yes, but definitely more clean. none of our outlets worked which was an inconvenience. there also was a huge chunk of hair from the drain in the garbage can as the hair catcher was just sitting out on the counter. the bathtub also was lined with dirt….

The beds were good, the heater in our room was quiet, the vinyl flooring clean. You shouldn't expect to have USB plugs, or new furniture, or the newest towels. Staff were friendly, and it was easy to check in and out.
