Overall a decent property for a quick stay. Check in process was very easy. Did have an issue with the TV remote and the staff member was prompt to rectify the issue. They do need to improve their Wi-Fi coverage and services. I could not log into it at all and had to use my phone for an internet connection. Hotel was in a safe area and it was quiet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We did not have soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime available but neither worked.

Was not impressed with the pillow cases. Very thin and two were ripped. Pillows did not have covers other that the flimsy ripped pillow case. Also, only one face cloth in the bathroom.

Pros: Decent customer service, close to some restaurants, and close to U of Windsor. Cons: The property is connected to a gas station and to the road so expect noise. The rooms are old and dirty (visible dust, spider webs, and stains over everything). The towels and bedding are also stained, worn, and of poor quality. The hair dryer in my room did not work, most of the lights did not work, and the shower water pressure was weak. The saving grace of the room was a large TV. Unfortunately, you only have access to select few channels and the “Smart” features of the TV such as YouTube and Netflix were not working. Even the few channels that did work disconnected regularly. Lastly, the breakfast was subpar. The food was stale and old, and again, of obviously poor quality. The coffee was the only thing even remotely edible. Even the apple/orange juices were clearly diluted with water in an effort to save a few bucks. All in all, not worth $130 a night after tax. Avoid if you can.

Parking lot was full of potholes and not lit up appropriately at night. Not service to the airport, lobby was a muddy mess. No elevators, room was disgusting. The bathtub was cracked and pealing. The carpet throughout was filthy. I have yet to stay at any hotel by Wyndham that is even "OK". Expedia, please, please please break ties with them. Me personally have given them enough opportunity. I wish I'd have been answering these surveys a lon=g time ago. They are gross.....

Water was leaking from the room above and it had been that way awhile because it was all over the bathroom and you could see where they had tried to clean it before and left behind lots for debris.

Guy at the front desk was pretty nice, first room was quite dirty, second room was still dirty. Had to break up a fight between 2 "lady's" out front(on the road, no fault of the hotel), pretty seedy people in the area.

Could be a bit cleaner but overall good experience
My overnight stay was more than satisfactory, the gentleman that served me was very kind and helpful. The beds and bathrooms were clean. The only complaints I had were that the tiles on the floor were a little sticky and didn’t seem to be cleaned very well… The free wifi was pretty spotty throughout my stay. They have smart TV’s but it’s impossible to get Netflix or any streaming service on the tv. There was only basic tv so I used a hot spot on my phone and my gaming console ( that I brought because I’ve encountered this problem at other hotels before) to use my own streaming services… And some parts of the room I stayed in needed some basic building maintenance..
