The staff was very nice! The property terribly outdated though. Front doors never locked at night, no security or cameras. Room was dirty, hair in shower, trash under bed, hole in ceiling, the list goes on. Over all felt very dirty and unsafe

Dirty floor, carpet. Dirty, dusty balcony and outdoor chair set. Broken screen door. Broken hot tub spa. Dirty pool. Staff did not seem to know about any of these problems, and did not seem to care about the facility and their job. We stayed here several times in the past, but this time was subpar. Very disappointing.

This property needs some updating. The pool was huge but the disappointment was the hot tub wasn't working & that was 1 amenity that was needed for my disabled vet husband. There needs to be a way to notify on Expedia when a hotel has something "out of service" to help in the decision process when looking for lodging. The location is great with lots of shopping & food choices nearby

Close to 8 freeway at a major junction so some road noise. Recommend asking for a room overlooking pool. Shopping mall with numerous locations for food and drink 2 minute walk away so great for this.

This is an older property but very well maintained. The swimming pool area was great and the restaurant/lounge onsite is amazing.

Very old, run down property. Bed was bad, air conditioner sounded like a freight train in the room, wallpaper peeling, only 2 towels in entire room. Would NEVER recommend this property to anyone!

For a quick overnight stay, this place works just fine. However she is showing her age; the toilet seat came completely detached from the toilet in the middle of the night… Not a great surprise to get in the dark The young gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional. The room appeared to be hastily cleaned but not to the point of being gross

Nothing was unique! No breakfast area! Breakfast was dismal! No selection for muffins with few left, only 2 power bars left for 4 of us, coffee and that was it!!! No Kleenex in rooms, sheets are cheap, damaged doors! Low value for the money! Will not return and would not recommend this hotel!!!

The property was run down and sad. A broken pipe was repaired with no water for the evening, next morning- no hot water, no wash cloths, hall carpet need cleaning, broken appliances in the back by the pool. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. They apologetically explained the situations at hand. I remember the Shilo Inn as one of the best stays in Yuma.

If you are planning to make use of the steam room or sauna forget it. They dont heat. Hot tub. Nope. Dry and flaking paint. Excercise equipment either non functional or garage sale level. Room was pretty clean. Bed was not horrible.

Not bad, but dated and not super clean.
Overall not a bad place. Could have been cleaner, dirty carpet and floor in bathroom. Beds were clean but mattresses were very soft. Hot tub was not functional while we were there. Hotel is pretty dated.

This used to be a decent hotel at a decent rate. The rate is still good but the hotel is run down. The sheets and towels are paper thin and dingy and overall the place needs a full renovation. The hottub was broken and when we asked for more pillows, we were told they didn't have any. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and helpful.
