My husband and I and two of our kids in their early 20s stayed for a week and simply adored the property and the destination of Zihuatenajo. The staff at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar was friendly and helpful, the pools and grounds were impeccably kept and the view was breath-taking! Larry was very responsive in communicating when we had questions both before and during our trip. For reference, the condo is in a hilly area. If you plan to walk to and from the beach or restaurants near the canal or downtown Zihua, expect a rather steep journey. For our group, it was not an issue but if you have young children in strollers or any mobility issues, you may have to resort to taxis. We would love to come back to this rental in future travels!!!

Great stay
We had the privilege of staying at Larry's place for 7 nights last week. My husband, our 5 year old son, and myself had a great stay. The unit was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. And plenty of space for more people if needed. The staff at the complex are extremely helpful and we felt very safe. We had a great veiw of a few lighting and thunder storms over the bay at night. We were in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and activities. We spent alot of time in the two infinity pools. Larry went above and beyond with a list of restaurants and even helped with some activities. We are hopeful to stay again next year. Thank you for very thing!

Fabulous View of La Ropa Beach area
This property is exactly as advertised. The condo is very spacious and the housekeeeper keeps it in impeccable condition. I wish we had a "Claudia" back home. The concierge was also extremely helpful when needed. The hike up the driveway was a bit much sometimes for an 80-year-old, but there are lots of taxis readily available to help out when needed. Many wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance or an easy taxi ride away. This was our 10th visit to Zihuatanejo and we have never had a day of rain! The town officials are doing a great job of improving the cleanliness and infrastructure of the area. They were even painting the street light poles while we were there! Overall, a great, relaxing 4 weeks in a beautiful and well-positioned condo.

A 5 STAR VACATION HOME
This is the second time that we have stayed in this unit. It is a very comfortable, relaxing, and extremely well put together home away from home. The view is outstanding, and setting there in the morning so relaxing and quite. Security is top notch, and getting around the area is a breeze. Recommend to anyone staying at one couple or taking two.

Paradise
We have enjoyed this condo several times in the past and it just keeps getting better. With the sparkling pool right outside the door and adequate seating and shade it was the perfect spot to sip a cool drink and read a book. The unit has everything you need if you decide to have any meals in house and plenty of nearby restaurants if you don't. A quick cab ride gets you around town very economically. A solid 10+ experience. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful vacation.

Stunning View
Fantastic view of Zihu Bay. The infinity pool just outside the door was great! It was like our own private space. Coffee in the open air porch in the mornings with the surrounding of beautiful flowers and the sounds of crashing waves was so peaceful and relaxing.

Just Wow!
I cannot express how restful and just plain amazing your property was! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of Zihuatanejo Bay was stunning....we loved watching the sunset several evenings. We cannot imagine a better location or condo to rent in Zihua, we can't wait to return. Lovely place, beautiful views
Beautiful place to stay, in a great location on the property, with wonderful views of Zihuatanejo Bay, over Playa La Ropa. We enjoyed spending time in the open front room, and stepping out our door into the pool. Lovely furnishings and layout. Dulce, in the office, is so helpful and friendly, assisting with anything that came up. We'd be happy staying here again!

This was my first time. Me and two of my girlfriends stayed on a girls getaway. One of my girlfriends this was her second stay and my other girlfriend this was her fifth time to stay in this condo! By far the best location in this complex. I highly recommend it and we plan on coming back!

Great property overlooking Zihautanejo Bay
This property has amazing views. It's a 5 min walk to Playa La Ropa and restaurants. Downtown Zihautanejo is a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. The unit is very clean and spacious. There are AC units in the bedrooms. Owners are very responsive. Overall a great property and look forward to staying again.

Superb vacation condo in Zwat
This was our second stay in this wonderful condo unit. It is the best unit in the complex just steps to two infinity pools and with great views from the patio kitchen/dining area as well as the pools. The two bedroom two bath unit is air-conditioned and very clean and comfortable. The Staff at reception and all the support staff were very friendly and helpful. They are readily available and always eager to help. Highly recommend this as a fun property, a great stay and a convenient location to all area amenities and restaurants.

Amazing beautiful condo!
Larry’s condo is by far the best located place in this beautiful complex! Literally open your door and the smaller of the two infinity pools is right outside your door! The complex has gorgeous gardens which are lovingly cared for ! We even spotted the “resident “ Iguana ! It is very very quiet - and very much adult oriented ! But being so close to the ocean you and your family can just walk to the beautiful La Ropa Beach ( less than a ten minute walk) ! Also lots of restaurants close by too ! La Perla was one of our favourites! The condo itself is spectacular! Beautiful space , cooking in the extremely well equipped open air kitchen with the breeze coming in - and the views !!! Fantastic maid service every couple of days was such a treat . We loved every moment of our 10 day stay! Larry was truly wonderful to deal with - any questions I had prior to heading to Zihuatanejo were always quickly answered - he truly cares about your stay! Thank you Larry ! We will be back. La Casa Que Ve Al Mar - unit 201
Bar none the best unit in the building! Only a few steps to the pool on the main level it is so handy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The most spectacular views imaginable! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The only drawback is the steep climb back up the driveway in the heat but cabs are plentiful and super cheap. 50-60 peso anywhere in town.👍🏼

Stayed at this beautiful condo for 1 week which was not enough! Condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The condo was more beautiful than the pictures and extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoyed all the gecko friends who visited as well. Having the pool steps from the condo felt like our own private pool and it mostly was as most of the people went to the other pool. La Casa Que Ve Al Mar is a gorgeous complex, immaculately well kept and you can see the pride in ownership. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous though when making breakfast you did need the bug spray that we left! Did not want to leave! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us and it was made more special by my son proposing to his girlfriend on the beach!!

My family and I loved this place! The unit was top notch and the decor was very professional, felt like it was a show house. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s with my kids competing all over. This ranks as number #1 of my stays. Location is good with public beach very close and good restaurants walking distance. Loved it so much looking at other units in same complex to buy

The owners really put this place together very nicely, it's well designed and beautifully decorated.Because we used to be owners in the same building, we've seen many of the condos here and I have to say this is one of the best! Very comfortable and of course, a killer view!

Fabulous!
We very much enjoyed our stay. This is a very large unit with a terrific view. Loved the outdoor kitchen and large terrace and proximity to the pool. The rooms are a good size. Since there were only 2 of us, We did not use the media room, but it is very convenient to have an extra room if people need to have some “private” time or want to watch television. Only cons were one area of the terrace does not have a shade and the afternoon sun can be too strong to use the kitchen until after sun down. There was also a small leak in the second bathroom, which the owner addressed hiring multiple plumbers, etc. but unfortunately could not be resolved. I am sure he will have this fixed. The owner is very attentive. He also supplies all the filtered water. This may not seem a big issue, but given that it is so inexpensive, it surprises me that some of the other owners here do not supply the filtered water as a simple courtesy. The cleaning lady is superb! Claudia comes 3 times per week and is great. The unit is nicely decorated and well equipped for any needs. The electric orange juice squeezer was a joy to use instead of hand squeezing all those oranges. The walk down to the beach is easy. The uphill walk back a bit more difficult. This may seem strange to do for such a short distance, but many people just take a taxi, since it is only 50 pesos. Walking into town or to the Mercado was easy and fun and great exercise. We had a wonderful time and plan to be here again.

Breathtaking views
From the moment we walked in, we were in complete awe. The views from the terrace are spectacular. At night you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks, we were very relaxed and really didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect and we have no complaints at all.

Just Lovely

Absolutely Outstanding!
With this being our first trip to Zihau, we were not sure what to expect. Larry and Linda's unit proved to be a home run - incredible views, stunning pool, best located unit in the building and just an overall WOW! We have travelled a lot and this unit exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this for any family or couples. Everything you can think of is in the unit and the town offers nothing but the best in people, culture and food. We cannot wait to return and will absolutely book with Larry and Linda again. A Truly Wonderful Spot
Four (2 couples) of us just spent eight wonderful nights in this beautiful condo - and we can't wait to go back. This was our first visit to Zihua and we feel very lucky to have stayed here. The condo is huge and very well equipped. Pictures do not do it justice. We spent most of our time on the terrace - or by the pool just outside the door. Beds are very comfy - and there is a great view from the master bath shower! The location is great. Just a short walk down to La Ropa. A bit of a hike back up, but you can always take a taxi! We rented a car but you don't really need one. Taxi's arrive in minutes and are very inexpensive. Larry and Linda provided a wealth of information on area restaurants, boat captains,etc. And the whole rental process was very easy. Thank you for sharing your condo - we will be back!

Great place to stay!
This is a great unit to stay in. Beautifully decorated, great sheets and fluffy towels. Entry to the unit is about 3 steps away from one of the swimming pools. Larry and Linda are great people to rent from. You can't go wrong with this unit.

We have stayed at CVM for years. Love the location and the people we have met here. First time at this particular condo. Loved it! Beautifully decorated. Great outdoor kitchen. Cooked more than I usually do in MX. Even threw a small dinner party. Great view. Felt like the small pool was our private pool. Dulce took good care of things for us. Owners are very conscientious about making sure their renters are happy. Looked this condo up on VRBO just now. Looks like VRBO quoted prices and what we paid are quite different!

What A Special Place!
We just spent the most amazing 7 nights at Linda and Larry's incredible condo at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, and a terrific maid and property manager who ensure a relaxed and positive experience. With the front door opening directly out to the pool area, this felt like the absolutely best condo in the complex. Did I mention the incredible view?

Fabulous Condo!!
This condo is amazing. There is so much room and the furnishings are perfect. We stayed there with our daughter, son-in-law and 4 month old baby. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. Also one of the pools was just outside our door. The whole development is well maintained and secure. The staff go out of their way to help and be friendly. It is a bit of a hike down to the beach and back again. No problem for fit people. I hope to stay here again next year.

Beautiful place!
We are packing up to leave this wonderful suite after a week's stay. If they weren't already booked we'd gladly stay another, we are all very sad to go. You could not ask for a more beautiful location and the apartment is immaculate and luxurious. The photos do not do it justice. Beds are super comfy. The smaller pool is literally outside your door and feels like a private one as most of the other guests seem to hang out in the big, also beautiful, larger pool. The staff is warm and helpful and the maid, Esme keeps everything spotless. She even cooked us a wonderful dinner that we still have leftovers from days later. Owners are attentive to your every need. We have stayed in many condos in Mexico and this has been our favourite by a long shot. I sincerely have nothing negative to say and am already plotting when we can come back. All the other guests and owners were friendly too--how can you not be happy in such a beautiful place. Thank you Linda and Larry for sharing your home with us.

The pictures don't do justice. The condo was beautiful. The views spectacular.
Our stay was amazing. We rented a car which worked out well, allowing us to get to many places. Playa La ropa beach is beautiful, Our maid Carmen was delightful. Unfortunately the larger pool was closed for repairs much of the time, but the smaller was open and just fine, again with an amazing view. We didn't have WiFi for several days, but the owner got on it and had it fixed. Never able to get tv, something wrong with sky connection. Not the end of the world, didn't come to Mexico to watch TV The people at the condo were very helpful and so kind, as well as everyone else we met. Would definitely come down and stay here again.

Fabulous!
Excellent location five steps from the first of two infinity pools and a five minute walk to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would want. Carmen, the cleaning woman, came and cooked for us two nights providing delicious local specialties. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental
We have rented this property a handful of times and will continue to do so for future vacations. The view is fantastic. It is great to have the pool steps away from the front door and the property is well maintained. The kitchen is furnished and the condo is clean and spacious. See you next year!

When arriving at the property we were all stunned by the beauty of the condo and the spectacular vie
This lovely property is conveniently located just above La Ropa with striking views. Just steps out the front door is one of two infinity pools, which we enjoyed everyday. The condo itself was beautiful and very comfortable. We have traveled to Zihua, and Mexico, a number of times but brought a couple who had never been to Mexico! This was the perfect property for a wonderful introduction. Our stay was spectacular. There is more than enough room for a group of six. The furnishings were of Mexican influence and very elegant. We will be back!
