"Incredibly nice hotel for a good price. Able to book last minute and the staff was lovely when I arrived near midnight. The bicycle storage in the basement is one of the nicest features I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfy and clean. "I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. We were advised to leave the hotel next day by Expedia for you to resolve the reimbursement which never took place 😡"
