This place was really great - 10 years ago.

Old place and the House is worn out. Bad food in the only restaurant that was open (during off season things are low, and we had to drive 15 km to another city to find a decent restaurant). The open facilities where good and so was the service.

Not clean at all.

Incredibly dirty in the cabin. Especially in the bathroom and the kitchen. Lots of spiderwebs everywhere. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. See pictures below. No ventilation in the bathroom, and no climate controll in the cabin. Extremely warm in the bedrooms.

Nice stay but ruined bit

Would say it counts down the elevators var very slow, and 1.5 out of 3 was broken. Which resulted in big lines, and people started walking up and down the stairs. which was not dimensioned for that traffic.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt und wenn man etwas Brauch helfen sie weiter.

Alles bestens, das Zimmer im topzustand und der (Meer-)Blick einfach traumhaft. Das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war für jeden was dabei. Der ideale Start in den Tag. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht.

Pænt og rent i vores hus. Venligt personale. Ikke den bedste buffet. Og da meget af det var under renovering var det kun badelandet og Funhalla vi kom i. Det var godt i badelandet, bortset fra det udendørs heller ikke fungerede. Funhalla var ok. Men det skal også renoveres nu her. Så håber det får en overhaling. Alt ok.

Udelukkende bedømmelse på feriehus. Ophold i hotelværelse kan være anderledes. Feriehuset fremstod, som det oprindeligt er opført for 40 år siden. Utroligt slidt og ret beskidt. Da vi ankom stank der af kloak, som først aftog dagen efter. Ophold i feriehusene kan på ingen måde anbefales og er slet ikke pengene værd. Man kan få meget bedre ophold andre steder til den samme pris. Området bærer generelt præg af manglende vedligehold og er utroligt slidt. Det er synd, for umiddelbart har området et stort potentiale. Øv - Vi kommer ikke igen.

Zimmerservice, Reinigung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Toilettenboden wurde in 2 Wochen nicht gereinigt. Ablage am Waschbecken zwei Wochen nicht abgewischt. Frühstück und Essen eher minderwertige Qualität.

Nie wieder in der runtergekommenen Kurklunik

Hier handelt es sich um ein in die Jahre gekommenes Objrkt. Es ist allerdings mehr eine Kurklinik. Frühstücksrsum ist eher eine Kantine. Der Sainabereich ist aus den 80ern und nie renoviert. Leider musste ich 2 Näche bleiben.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal in dem Hotel. Was sich gravierend geändert hat, ist der Service. Im Wohnbereich gibt es den Zimmerservice erst am 3. Tag nach der Ankunft. Das bedeutet , dass es dementsprechend auch einen Handtuchwechsel und saubere Gläser , in diesem Turnus gibt. Danach alle 3 Tage. Die Schaltung der 3 Fahrstühle hat fast jedem Urlauber den letzten Nerv geraubt. Wo die Serviceeinschränkung am deutlichsten hervortrat , war im Restaurant Isfjord, ein gehobenes A-la-carte Restaurant. Hier gab es den guten Service nur noch innerhalb des Restaurants. Im Outdoor-Bereich musste man alles selber machen. Essen und Getränke abholen und das Geschirr wieder abräumen , was schon eher einen Kantinencharakter hatte und dass , bei einem durchschnittlichen Preis für 65-80 € pro Abend! Das Angebot könnte auch mal geändert, oder angepasst werden , aber dass muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Ich esse sonst so gut wie nie Pasta als Hauptgericht in einem A-La-Card Restaurant, musste hier aber an 2 Abenden darauf ausweichen. Sonst kann ich nur sagen , dass das Hotel für Hundebesitzer ideal ist. Der Hundestrand ist echt super und nicht so überlaufen.

Eigentlich habe ich mehr erwartet, Meerblick heißt Aussicht auf ein zerstörten Hafen, gut für das Hochwasser kann keiner was aber nach über 2 Jahren kann man auch mal aufräumen ist ja auch ein Kur Ort. Der Fahrstuhl ist im hotel eine Katastrophe, bei 4 Stück ist einer kaputt über Wochen und steht man auf der Etage Fahrer sie vorbei super bei 13 Stockwerke. Papierkorb leeren lnnerhalb 10 Tage ist auch nicht drin. Es gibt's bei weiteren schöner Hotels

Overordnet set havde vi en god ferie med gode oplevelser, bl.a. minigolf og bowling og masser af strandtid. Stranden er rigtig god og børnevenlig. Restauranterne er lidt i den dyrere ende ift hvad man får. Huset vi boede i var okay, men slidt. Det trænger til en kærlig hånd og en grunding rengøring. Der var masser af støv og spindelvæv alle steder og Sengetøjet havde pletter. God service for vores hund. Fik kurv, madskåle, godbidder og et tæppe vi måtte tage med hjem.

Familienurlaub mit Rollikind an der Ostsee

Für uns als dreiköpfige Familie war das Zimmer ausreichend. Balkon mit Meerblick in der 4. Etage und großer Sitzmöglichkeit am Fenster, bei schlechtem Wetter. Regendusche und getrenntes WC. Großer Kleiderschrank und ein Tisch sind vorhanden gewesen. Das Bett war okay, es schläft sich eben am besten auf der eigenen Matratze Zuhause. Wir hatten Frühstück inkl. gebucht. Dazu musste man in ein anderes Gebäude. Unter der Woche kann man dafür einen überdachten Gang der Vamed Klinik nutzen, falls es regnet. Was uns ein bisschen in Schwierigkeiten gebracht hat, war der Minikühlschrank. Wir hatten uns extra vorab informiert, ob es Kühlschrank vorhanden und dieser eine konstante Temperatur von 2 bis 8 Grad bietet. Diese Temperatur benötigen wir für ein Medikament. Uns wurde bestätigt dass die Kühlschränke diesen Temperaturbereich abdecken. Bei den aktuellen warmen Außentemperaturen konnte der Minikühlschrank diese Anforderung nicht gerecht werden. Auch ein kleiner externer Kühlschrank schaffte es nicht, die 2 bis 8 Grad zu halten. Wir mussten also eine Lösung finden und fragten in der Vamed Klinik, die sich im gleichen Haus befindet, und hatten Glück. Dort konnten wir unser Medikament kostenlos in einem abschließbaren Fach eines Kühlschranks lagern. An den drei Fahrstühle wartet man zu den Stoßzeiten oft sehr lange. Für Sonnenauf- und Untergänge empfehle ich das 13. OG mit toller Aussicht. Das Hotel ist fast barrierefrei, zumindest in den Bereichen, die wir genutzt haben.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur alle 3 Tage. Unsere Duschtür hatte einen Spalt zur Duschwand und wir Wasser das bis in den Wohnbereich floß. Jaum verstellbar, dass wir die ersten mit diesem Erlebnis waren.

Leider enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung

Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Ostsee Resort Dampland – leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend und sein Geld nicht wert. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber und grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber in Relation zum hohen Preis deutlich überteuert. Ein echtes Problem war der praktisch nicht vorhandene Service. Besonders im Restaurantbereich zeigte sich das Personal unfreundlich bis hin zu unverschämt – von echter Gastfreundschaft keine Spur. Das Essen bestand ausschließlich aus einem Buffet, das qualitativ sehr einfach gehalten war. Offenbar wurde hier auf günstigste Zutaten gesetzt, obwohl die Preise ein anderes Niveau suggerierten. Zudem waren zentrale Einrichtungen wie das Schwimmbad nicht wie erwartet nutzbar – ohne vorherige Information oder Transparenz bei der Buchung. Auch hier entsteht der Eindruck, dass man möglichst viel abrechnen will, ohne entsprechende Leistung zu bieten. Trotz der schönen Lage an der Ostsee überwiegt der negative Gesamteindruck. Das Resort wirkt insgesamt lieblos und wenig kundenorientiert. Wer für sein Geld Qualität, Erholung und guten Service erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Ich würde das Ostsee Resort Dampland definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen und kann es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Overordnet fint til prisen. Tilgengæld er restauranterne ringe og størstedelen af personalet kunne ikke snakke engelsk. Der er ikke særlig gode muligheder for spa eller badning. Der er en pool og to sjove vanrutsjebaner Men i spaet er der kun en ulækker pool og en masse saunaer hvor man skal være nøgen.
