“We needed a one-night stay along the North Shore. This property fit the bill for us. It was 'on' Highway 61 which is the main (only?) road that runs along the lake. But, we never heard any of the traffic. The pool/common area was on the highway side offering a noise buffer. Our stay was after Memorial Day so there were only a few other guests. “This place was awesome! Beautiful & perfect for our small casual wedding reception & family stay! The only thing I could recommend to the owners is to provide some hand lotion in the bathroom & kitchens. We did use the oven to warm up some food & found an issue due to someone leaving a broiler pan full of grease in the bottom causing a smoke issue but were able to resolve it with removing the pan & using fans & and windows to clear the smoke.
