Hot tub was broken
Only one person working rotating restaurant at breakfast. She was very nice, energetic and helpful but too busy for just one person
Since I could not use hot tub I tried to take a hot bath in our room, the drain was broken so tub would not hold water. Room 608-please fix for future customers. Reviews said that hot tub seldom functional so please take off your amenities if it never works!
Elevators very slow
Parking is a nightmare -husband drove around parking lot for over 20 minutes looking for a spot then had to talk to front desk who gave him pink slip to put on dash behind the bowling alley
TV reception extremely poor-any channel we watched started cutting out after 2 minutes!!
When looking down from our table in the restaurant, the floor where the room rotates was very very dirty…
The only plus was that all of the places we wanted to go were within walking distance for us.
